Surrounded by some of the most natural scenic beauty the Rocky Mountains have to offer, this captivating log cabin style villa is situated on a no through road in a prestigious Highlands area which backs straight onto the golf course. The "great room" is a magnificent room with warm wooden furnishings and a glorious open fire place for those warm cosy evenings. The large floor to ceiling windows offer striking views overlooking the delightful terrace and Breckenridge Golf Course. The beautiful pine kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including an oven & hob, fridge/freezer dishawasher, washing machine, wine cooler and coffee/espresso maker . Four stools are provided at the breakfast bar which is perfect for less formal dining in small groups. A charming more formal dining area accommodating up to 10 guests is attached to the kitchen area. Rock House also offers a family room with a 58" cinema style TV (American cable), DVD, and VHS. A bar complete with icemaker, sink and dishwasher (which on request can be pre-stocked with your favourite beverages) ensures a constant supply of refreshments while relaxing and enjoying a movie. The sophisticated study/library on the mezzanine level offers a PC with wireless internet connection for guests use. Central heating throughout.
Rock House has six bedrooms, the splendid master double bedroom features a kingsize bed, wall mounted television, walk in closet and en suite bathroom boasting a jacuzzi bath and separate shower stall. The elegant "sleigh" bedroom features a queen size bed, television and en suite shower room with walk in shower. The delightful 'Rose Room' is a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The "Moose" and "Bear" bedrooms both feature traditional log style queen size beds, one of these bedrooms features an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, the other has access to a shower room which can also be accessed from the family room. The enchanting 'Beaver Room' features a Captains Bunk (a double bed below with a single bed above) and a single sofa bed.
At the end of an active and energetic day head out to the terrace and let the warm waters and massage jets of the stylish hot tub soothe your weary muscles. The garage (which accommodates up to 3 cars) doubles as a games room during the summer months, featuring a table tennis table and dart board.

This splendid and glorious property is situated on a no through road in a prestigious Highlands area and backs straight onto the golf course with its mountain views beyond. It is a quiet location yet only 10 minutes drive to the centre of Breckenridge town. Take a drive north and in no less than 15 minutes you are in Frisco. Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail are all within a 45 minute drive. Denver airport is within approximately 100 miles.
