Rock House is situated on a no-through road in the prestigious Highlands area of Breckenridge and backs straight onto the golf course with its mountain views beyond. It is a quiet location, yet only around 15 minutes drive to the centre of town and the ski lifts and less than 10 minutes drive to the Golf Club and leisure centre.

Rock House is just under 371 m2 (4,000 sq ft) in area and can accommodate 10 people in 5 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. It is possible to accommodate a small number of additional children, subject to discussion. There is a comfortable Living Room with a dining area; a separate Family Room with wide-screen TV, DVD, surround–sound etc. and its own wet bar; a hot-tub on an outside terrace; a study area with PC and high-speed internet access on the mezzanine floor; and a 3-car garage which doubles as a games room in summer.

PoolNo Pool, but a Hot Tub. There is a large pool at the nearby leisure centre with sailing and kayaking at Dillon, a 20-minute drive away.
