A converted barn on a farm provides plenty of space for family and friends to gather.

The large lounge, kitchen and dining room are versatile spaces for catching up with each others news or dancing the night away. The flexible combinations of sizes of the 7 bedrooms including a downstairs wheelchair friendly bedroom mean multi-generational family gatherings, groups of friends and youth groups can be accommodated.

The fully equipped kitchen and under cover BBQ area provide flexibility for catering options. There is also a pub which serves food and village stores in walking distance.

The property is popular for reunions and birthday parties. There are no immediate neighbours, so a peaceful setting if you simply want to sit around the fire pit in the garden in the evening looking at that stars and catching up with each others news, and no one to complain if you prefer to party into the night.

The base price is the price for up to 16 people and provides exclusive use of the property, with additional members of the group being charged per night.

Please note that bedrooms 1,2,3 and 4 contain bunkbeds. Bedroom 1 is downstairs.

The large lounge contains 6 settees as well as arm chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen includes 2 cookers, a wide range of pots and pans and utensils to serve meals for 32.

There are tables and chairs in the dining area so all can sit down for a meal together. Some of the tables are suitable for taking outdoors if you prefer to eat in the garden.

The 7 bedrooms range from a double room, to 3 family size rooms containing 2 double beds and 2 single beds using bunkbeds.

There is an under cover bbq area with a charcoal bbq. (guests need to bring charcoal with them.)

There is a large drying room for wet weather gear.

There is under floor heating throughout the building.

Interaction with guest

Guests have exclusive use of the barn, and garden. My own house is also on the farm so I will be available if people need assistance, and I am happy to chat with guests as I see to the needs of the animals around the farm. I am a tourism ambassador for Carmarthenshire and the Brecon Beacons National Park so can assist with suggestions for activities and places to visit in South West Wales.

Any dogs must be on a lead at all times when on the property but outside the building, including when walking to and from the car. (This is a working farm with cats, rabbits, chickens, horses, sheep, pet goat near the barn.)
Guests will be provided with a field to play in on request, but for their own safety, may not enter into any other field or the farm buildings.
I allow birthday parties, family reunions, stag and hen parties, youth groups with appropriate ratio of adults.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jillie (the owner) a message.

If Jillie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
