The villa is comfortably furnished throughout t with four good sized bedrooms accommodating 9 persons; one bathroom and a separate shower-room and W.C. A fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and chairs. A large dining room, archway to salon with open fireplace, plenty of comfortable armchairs, sofas and a TV. The dining room and lounge both have large French windows overlooking the garden.

Large outdoor swimming pool and pool house situated within the gardens, poolside refridgerator, sun loungers, barbecue area.

Outdoor activities such as river fishing, tennis, canoeing, horse riding are all avaliable within 2km of the villa.

Within the Drone Valley is the lovely town of Brantome with picturesque buildings, riverside houses, beautiful flower gardens, charming bridges and a famous Abbey founded by Charlemagne in 769. Within easy reach of the villa the town of Perigueux, capital of the Dordogne region. Perigueux is a beautiful town and the greatest attraction, is its epicurean reputation as the centre for good food, especially truffles, potted meat and foiegras.

The Dordogne has such an abundance of history and culture that it offers something special for everyone!

The Brantome / Bourdeilles area
