A self contained first floor apartment with views across Branscombe and a level footpath through fields to the beach.

Location: In the centre of Branscombe just opposite the well renowned pub The Masons Arms.

Entrance with stairs to the first floor.
Inner entrance hall. Large kitchen/dining/sitting room. The kitchen has double aspect windows with views to the hills of Branscombe. It is well equipped with electric oven/hob. Fridge with ice compartment. Microwave. Meter cupboard for fuel consumption other than night storage heating which is included in rental. The dining area has a fold away table and chairs. The sitting area has comfortable 3 seater sofa and 2 matching armchairs. Flat screen TV and Radio. Plenty of books and games in the corner fitted unit.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with matching Lime oak effect wardrobe and side tables.
Bedroom 2 has twin single beds with beside tables and mirror fronted wardrobe.
Bathroom with pampas coloured suite of bath, wash basin and WC.
