This detached barn set in 16 acres of the owners' land, provides a high standard of accommodation, offering a peaceful escape with views across the rolling countryside. Within close proximity to amenities and Devon and Cornwall's stunning coastlines. A perfect retreat to relax or to explore the local area. The owners live onsite but privacy is assured.

Only a short drive away, the coast of Devon and Cornwall offers the sandy surfing beaches of Westward Ho! and Bude or try rock pooling in the quaint sheltered coves of Duckpool and Spekes Mill. There are many attractions within easy reach catering for all ages including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Bude Splashpool and the beautiful gardens at RHS Rosemoor. Visit the unique cliff-side fishing village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets or wander the cliff-tops at rugged Hartland Point. Nearby, Tamar Lakes Country Park offers watersports, coarse fishing and cycling. In the evening either take a stroll into the traditional Devon village of Bradworthy for a pub meal or stay closer to home relaxing on the patio whilst enjoying the stunning views.

The modern style accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin on the first floor and 1 further double on the ground floor. Bathroom: on the first floor, bath with shower attachment and WC. Shower room: on the ground floor with spacious shower cubicle and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large open-plan area with TV, Freeview, Blu-Ray, iPod dock and DAB radio. DVD library available direct from owner. Dining area with table seating 6. Kitchen: with electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: doors from the living area lead out onto enclosed patio and garden with BBQ and garden furniture, where you can enjoy the country views beyond. Amenities: ample parking and storage for bicycles, surf boards and small boats. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking in the property. Regret no pets.
