The cottage is ideally located for parties wishing to explore all that the Island has to offer and is only 5 minutes drive from popular sandy beaches of Yaverland and Sandown, and 10 minutes drive to Ryde. Brading is one of the islands more historic villages and has a number of tourist attractions, public houses/restaurants and excellent train and bus links.
There is a small paved courtyard to the rear of the cottage and to the side a rotary clothes line and a garden shed with garden furniture, BBQ stored for visitors use.
