Recently renovated and situated in one of the most sought-after locations in Bradford-on Avon, this property boasts a very high specification interior and one of the best viewpoints around.

Built in 1812, this historic weavers' cottage combines classic Georgian features with a homely country feel, perfect for any couple looking for a relaxing break away!

The accommodation is arranged over four floors, elegantly combining original features and stylish contemporary fittings, with exceptional attention to detail.

The kitchen occupies the ground floor. It features cream, shaker-style units, a heated travertine tiled floor, granite worktop, large Belfast sink and top-of-the-range electrical appliances. Modern amenities are offset by an original 1800s stone fireplace that has been restored and incorporated into the kitchen design.

The second floor is a comfortable lounge, complete with solid oak flooring and exposed stone walls. There is also an original fireplace that has been recently restored with a modern stone surround. A custom-built storage unit houses TV-related electronics.

The master bedroom and bathroom are on the third floor. The bedroom, as with the kitchen and lounge, has an original fireplace exposed that compliments the limestone walls beautifully. The best feature, however, is the spectacular view of the surrounding area including Tithe Barn and Westbury's White Horse.

The bathroom is a travertine-tiled wetroom with underfloor heating, Jacuzzi wall hung toilet and sink and a heated, lighted motion-sensor mirror.

The fourth floor is a loft bedroom with two skylights providing natural light and plenty of custom-built eaves storage. Original exposed oak beams and stone walls give the space plenty of character.

Guests will have access to all items within the house including a special welcome package upon arrival!

The property is situated on 'The Tory', a very sought-after address within the local area. The Tory is well-known for its close-knit community, stunning views, and excellent quality of life.

There are two public car parks in very close proximity to the property (both free). There are also bus-stops and the Bradford on Avon train station within walking distance.

Many thanks for the review. Obviously very disappointing to hear some of the points raised but we are going to deal with them constructively to avoid similar issues. This property is new to being listed as a holiday let and we are keen to remedy any negative feedback

Firstly, we have hired a new cleaner. We have been dissatisfied with the recent results also and have put together a detailed checklist for every visit. Every point you have raised around cleaning has been and will continue to be addressed, and we also have the dishwasher repaired by Electrolux. We have also replaced the previous drying rack in the kitchen and have a Hoover that is permanently at the property should guests require use of it during longer stays

Your note about access to the property is also noted and we shall update our welcome pack to ensure this is clearer. We do hope - other than the points raised - you did have an enjoyable break over Christmas and we are respectful of your feedback

"Beautiful house, stylish interiors, lovely views"

So fab spent the whole weekend planning to buy it! Lovely kitchen with everything you need. Nice welcome pack with tea milk croissants biscuits and crisps. Comfy sofas where you can both put your feet up! Candles everywhere! Great views from every window! Fab wet room and Power shower. Bed is really comfortable! Nice outside area with views!
