Home from home large villa (2200sqft) is situated on a private corner plot, with South West facing pool, in an ideal location to access the interstate to quickly get to all areas of this beautiful coastline. As well as the pool at the villa you also have use of the Community pool, tennis courts and basket ball net close by.

As well as the sugary sand beaches along the coast, the villa is well located to reach within a 20 minute drive, all the attractions along this part of the coast. Within 15 minutes drive you reach the cultural centre of Sarasota and St Armands circle. Sarasota has numerous Theatres, museums, cinemas restaurants and major shopping outlets.

Within 10 minutes drive of the villa you have the very popular Ellenton Outlet Mall. Close by you have The Bollettieri Tennis Academy, where Pete Sampras trains, Mote Marine Aquarium, and the Myakka River State park where you can go on an air boat ride. Within 10 minutes drive you have numerous Golf clubs to choose from.

The villa is located in Bradenton near Sarasota which is 50mins drive south of Tampa. This area has something for all ages, and is ideal for a great memorable family holiday.

Just close by you have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world

Bradenton is in an ideal location to explore the Gulf coast of Florida. Bradenton is 50mins drive from Tampa international airport, 20 mins drive from the Gulf Islands that run along this coast, and 10 minutes drive form Sarasota.

Within easy reach you have numerous golf courses, shops and superb restaurants

How to get there

The nearest international airport is Tampa, and is just 50minutes drive south on the interstate. The next most popular international airport is Orlando, and this takes around 1hr 45mins drive. Again this is interstate all the way.

If arriving via another US airport you can fly into Sarasota/Bradenton (srq) airport using the many low cost airlines (air trans and blue). The airport is then just 15 minutes drive.

The villa is located just off interstate 75 which runs north to south along this coastline, which enables you to access quickly and easily all parts of this beautiful coastline.

This large 2200square feet villa is fully air conditioned, and occupies a private corner plot with a South West facing pool with sun on the patio from 10am to Sunset.

The layout of the villa is called split plan which gives maximum privacy, with the master bedroom on one side of the villa, with the other two bedrooms on the other side of the home.

In the Mater bedroom there is a King Bed with en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a brand new cooker, microwave and dishwasher. There is cable TV, DVD player and Radio/CD player that is piped to all rooms including the pool area.

Hi Speed internet, towels, tennis rackets, beach chairs, cool box, hair dryer, board games, clothes washing/dryer machine, fridge/freezer and bucket and spades are all provided.

The private South west facing lania covered pool has a ceiling fan, sun loungers table and 6 chairs together with a gas BBQ.

What has proven very popular with guests with families is the large community pool over looking a lake, tennis courts and basket ball across the road from the villa, which is hardly used by the locals. Parking of cars is on a private drive or can be put away in the garage.

Conditions

Minimum stay 7 nights. Prices quotes includes cleaning after departure, local taxes.

A deposit of £150 confirms the rental, and the balance is required 6 week before the rental date. A security and key deposit of £100 is required and fully refunded, on receipt of the key and that no damage has been sustained.

Payments accepted in Uk Sterling U.S Dollars and Euro are accepted.
Long term renters and Snowbirds most welcome and discounts will apply.
