The villa is situated in a quiet community with a mix of residential and rental properties. The community is a No Through Traffic community (so no short cut traffic)
Within easy reach of shops, restaurants, golf courses, banks and post offices. The gulf beaches are approximately 15/20 minutes drive. Sarasota airport 10minutes drive, Tampa 40 min, The theme parks of Orlando 90 min. Our villa is within a 5 min drive to Tara golf and country club and just a short drive to all other golf courses, shopping malls, designer outlet mall at ellerton and St Armands Circle.

Further details indoors: Our brand new villa, which is south facing, has a central position to the larger than average lake. Very spacious, air conditioned (with ceiling fans for added comfort ) Furnished to a very high standard throughout. The master bedroom has a Grand Queen bed ,large dresser/mirror and two nightstands,2 lamps, T.V /DVD, cream swival chair, There is also an en-suite bathroom,with a separate oval bathtub also a double vanity unit and a large Hollywood style wall mirror ,a separate walk in shower and separate toilet, a sliding door for extra privacy in the bathroom. The master bedroom leads onto it's own private sitting room where there is a sofa,hi-fi system and a games table which includes chess, backgammon etc, a cream swival chair,and a beautiful view of the lake.
The second bedroom has a Grand Queen bed,two nightstands,two lamps,a closet,an armoire with drawers, this also has another TV.
The third bedroom has twin beds, closet and nightstand,two lamps, also a small table. There is also a family bathroom situated between the second and third bedrooms,her you will also find a storage cupboard for towels.
The large lounge has a two seat sofa and three seat sofa, small tables,telephone and upgraded cable TV. DVD player and a book library. The formal dining area has a dark cherry table and chairs and seats six people and a beautiful crystal drop chanderlier above the table . All rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances large and small and has a separate nook area which has an extendable table and four chairs. In the separate utility room there is the washing machine and separate dryer, iron and ironing board

Notes to the rental rates
Minimum 7 nights duration. Prices include: cleaning after departure, local taxes, water, electric, linens, towels, local /long distance phone calls and 1-800 numbers are free, ( beach towels, beach chairs are also provided) Cots / Highchairs can be placed in the villa prior to arrival, a hire charge will apply. A deposit of £100.00 ($185) per week of rental is due at the time of booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment is required if booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £250.00 ($454) is required and this will be fully refundable after your return date providing no damage has been sustained. Payment accepted in UK Sterling and American Dollars only.
Pool heating is an additional cost of £90 ($162) (recommended from November through to April/May )
Long term renters are welcome - discounts would apply.

If you are contemplating whether to book or not then deliberate no longer and book it! Our family consisting of 3 couples stayed in June '09 and had a fabulous week in truly luxurious surroundings. The furnishings are beautiful and very tasteful and we felt exceptionally lucky to have chosen such a fabulous villa. I would have loved to spend a month or more reading some of the pristine up to the minute paperbacks in the bookcases - there's always next time.The pictures don't do it justice. My son and son in law fished on the lake and caught a variety of fish. My daughter is expecting her first baby in August and would love to come back with her new addition some time in the future. We made friends with a family of ducks who came visiting most days. The pool was superb after a day out exploring the gulf coast. We can recommend a restaurant called Bonefish if you want to celebrate a special occasion.

Just a short note to say a heart felt "Thank You" for renting us your wonderful house for the past couple of weeks. When we opened the door for the first time, Wendy and I both said "Wow!". The presentation on arrival was excellent.
The property is far better than portrayed in the photographs. It really felt a home from home and contributed greatly to what was a wonderful holiday. The Bradenton/Sarasota area is so nice and peaceful at this time of year, even the beaches were mostly empty. The weather was glorious for the whole time we were there.
We have already starting saving for the next visit! Once again, many thanks.

Absolutely beautiful clean modern villa. Had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool. The lovely white sandy beaches of the gulf coast are only a short 20-30 min drive away. Top of our short list for a return visit next year. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We were so very pleased with the rental house that we had while on vacation. everything was so clean and very well stocked. This was definitely the most beautiful vacation rental place we have ever been to, and I'm sure we will be back again. Thank You!
