Clearwater and St Petersburg are reached within a 40 miute drive acrossTamps Bays spectacular sunshine skyway and you can get to the central Florida theme parks in an hour and a half.
Busch Gardens is under an hours drive.

theme parks.
The beaches on loverly Anna Maria Island,the closest of the Barrier islands, are large and expansive and you are
close to Longboat Key and within an easy drive of down town Sarasota and the fine dining and shopping at
St Almands Circle.
The Bradenton area
The numerous local beaches are sandy and local water sports and fishing expeditions are close by
Bradenton is in between Tampa and Sarasota. The area is surrounded by waterways, both fresh and saltwater.
The city centrer of Bradenton is located in the northwest area of the city
