Very charming 18th century "maison en pierre" : cosy, comfortable and high quality. The gîte has a lovely view, a large (70m2) sunny terras, private shady garden, along open fields surrounded by forest.
It is renovated in 2007, maintaining the local style and using first class material (mabre rain shower, complete built-in kitchen)
The gite is located in a small authentic and unspoiled hamlet called Nadalie in the in the middle of the Perigord Noir with its famous caves, castles, medieval towns (Sarlat, Rocamadour, St. Cirq Lapopie) and the Dordogne Valley. Nature is breathtaking and unforgettable.

The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Dordogne region
Nadalie is a small hamlet with a few houses way of the main traffic lines. It is situated just along the border between the Dordogne and the Lot, two attractive river-valleys with their castels and views. Both the Lot and the Dordogne are beautiful regions, each with its own character. Because we live just in between and outside their centres, nature is at its best with us, but in the same time we can easily reach the city cores. You can prepare for city-visits (eg Sarlat and Cahors), Country and forest hiking, castels and musea, swimming and canoe, visit caves etcetera. On average the temperature will be 5 degrees warmer than in England.
Bouzic area
The Perigord is well known for its culinary dish. The fois gras, mushrooms (truffe, cêpes, girolles), wallnuts and wine originate in this region. Here you can find the restaurants that traditionally prepare these delicacies. Each tuesday during the months july and august our village has a "marché du producteurs", a social happening where you can buy local products and enjoy them on the river benche of the Ceou or participate in the communal barbeque.
Activities are manifold and for every taste and every age, like Golf, Tennis, Swimming, Canoe, Horseback riding, Mountain biking, Air balloon, Itinaries, Musea, Castels and Caves

Access by motorway: Paris --> Bouzic 330 miles (530km), of which 90% motorway
Access by rail (www.sncf.com): Paris -->Gourdon 4,5 hours. Gourdon -->Bouzic 10 miles (16km)
