With the M4, M5 and M40 in close proximity, it is easily accessible from all parts of the country. The village was recently voted one of the prettiest in England on the strength of the beautiful old world Cotswold houses and the village green, traversed by six picturesque bridges which spans he River Windrush.
Bourton on the Water area

The ground floor contains a kitchen/dining room, two reception rooms and a shower/cloakroom. The first floor incorporates 3 bedrooms: 2 double and one twin, along with the family bathroom.
The second reception room also benefits from views of the River, and contains a period stone fireplace with electric fire, a sofa bed, a music system and antique furniture.
Upstairs on the first floor, the two double bedrooms benefit from views of the River. Each room has a feature fireplace, a traditional four poster bed, and they contain a range of traditional oak furniture along with a television.
