The ground floor contains a kitchen/dining room, a sitting room, a twin bedroom and a shower/cloakroom.
The sitting room overlooks the River Windrush and features a period stone open fireplace incorporating an electric stove along with designer sofas surrounded by oak furniture. There is also a large TV and DVD player.
The ground floor twin bedroom also benefits from views of the River, and contains a period stone fireplace with electric fire, two single beds and antique furniture.
The first floor incorporates 3 bedrooms: 2 double and one twin, along with the family bathroom.
The two double bedrooms benefit from views of the River and they both have a feature fireplace, a traditional four poster bed, and they contain a range of traditional oak furniture along with a television. The Twin room also has oak furniture and fitted wardobes (no TV).

Situated in the Heart of the Cotswolds, Bourton-on-the-Water is an ideal location for exploring the area. With the M4, M5 and M40 in close proximity, it is easily accessible from all parts of the country. The village was recently voted one of the prettiest in England on the strength of the beautiful old world Cotswold houses and the village green, traversed by six picturesque bridges which spans he River Windrush.
The Bourton on the Water area
The architecture in Bourton-on-the-Water is unique to the area, and one can see an abundance of stone mullion windows, stone tiles roves, gables and honey coloured limestone walls.
