6 double bedroom semi-detached house (sleeps 12) over 2 floors. Property newly renovated in 2007 to very high standard.

Double beds in all rooms. Large fully equipped kitchen. 3 bath/shower rooms and 2 separate toilets.

Lounge with seating for 6 people. Secure rear garden.

The house is perfectly situated only a short 500m walk through pleasant 'Boscombe Gardens' from the new twelve million pound redevelopment of Boscombe Pier and Beaches and featuring Europe's first artificial Surf Reef.

If you're after accommodation for a family holiday (or even multiple families holidaying together!), wedding celebration, golf holiday, stag/hen party, friends reunion, there is something for everyone in Boscombe and Bournemouth and this high quality accommodation is the perfect base for it.

For those seeking nightlife, Boscombe's very own Opera House live music venue is only 5 minutes walk away and Bournemouth town centre is only a nice 15-20 minute walk along the promenade to Bournemouth PIer. Bournemouth has vast selection of nightclubs, bars, restaurants, cinemas and theatre.

CAR: Our property is about 5 minutes off of the A338, which is the main spur road into Bournemouth from the A31 / M27 motorway.

RAIL / COACH: We are under 10 minutes from the main travel interchange, which includes Bournemouth central rail station and national express coach station (both providing quick and direct access across the country). Coaches leave regularly for London Victoria and the London airports with the journey taking about 1 and a half to 2 hours. There are also the local yellow buses departing from here and a busy taxi rank.

AIR: Bournemouth international airport is also just 15 minutes drive. The airport is serviced by various low cost airlines.
