The apartment is newly built occupying the whole back of the 3rd floor with patio doors and plantation window shutters leading to the balcony, velux windows throughout the apartment giving the amazing experience of sleeping under the stars each night.
Each room in this apartment has a sense of warmth, Lounge/Diner & kitchen all flow into one. Both bedrooms are light airy and very spacious. Words cannot compliment this apartment enough because of the character and welcoming feel that it has.
Communal area offers a lift and there is one parking space allocated to the property if required.
The property is a short cab/bus ride or walking distance to Bournemouth Town Centre, has numerous golf courses nearby would suit couples or a small group for walks along Bournemouth, Christchurch, Sandbanks, Poole & Purbecks Beautiful Beach coastline.
Our payment terms are :-
One third of the cost secures your booking and should be made by cheque or internet banking, this is non refundable 8 weeks prior to your stay.
Cancellations made in good time will be refunded if the property can be refilled
Last minute bookings must be paid via internet banking or cash
Refundable security deposit £200 couples/families or £500 single sex groups
Final balance is due 42 days prior to holiday together with the security deposit
Lost keys will be charged at £20.00
We ask you to leave the property in the same pristine condition as when you arrived, please consider our next guests in order to refund the £200.00 refundable security deposit.

Bournemouth & Poole is lucky enough to be surrounded by some of the most beautiful Blue flag award status beaches as well as stunning countryside with the Purbecks & the New Forest just some 15 mins drive away in either direction.
The nearby Purbecks and Swanage can be reached by car, bus, boat, bike or steam train. The coast between Exmouth in East Devon and Studland Bay in Dorset contains a complete record through almost 200 million years of earth history during the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods of geological time.
The Bournemouth / Lansdowne area
Bournemouth is a cosmopolitan town and has 5 ½ miles of seafront and cliffs and is maintained to a high standard expected by visitors and residents.
The Seafront Operation Teams work around the clock to ensure that Bournemouth maintains it's 4 blue flags, 1 Quality Coast and 1 Green Tourism Business Scheme Silver award and has also introduced innovative schemes such as Europe’s first solar powered self compacting recycling bins.
2012 Bournemouth seafront will host the 5th Bournemouth Air Festival (30th August - 2nd September 2012) a not to be missed four day FREE spectacular event with air displays, on the ground action and superb evening entertainment.
Every Friday evening at 10pm throughout July to the end of August there is a spectacular Firework display hosted off Bournemouth Pier and also at Poole Quay Thursday Evenings & Saturday Christchurch Quay, the turnout of people is great and it has become a must do whilst on holiday in Bournemouth.
If you are coming to Bournemouth for your summer holiday why not hire a Beach Hut for the week. To book this you will need to call Bournemouth Council Tel. 01202 451781 and ask for Beach Hire. The cost varies Mid-High Season; during June the cost is normally around £115 per week. Included in the rate are 4 x Beach Chairs & pop up pop down table and a one ring cooking stove; if you went to the Beach each day and hired Beach chairs the cost for this is normally £4 per day each, great value, you would be able to leave all your possessions overnight in the Hut, you are not able to sleep there but it saves lugging buckets, spades, crocodiles or any other inflatables back and forth.

BH8 8NH The property is a short walk from the Bournemouth central train station & interchange or a one minute journey off the A338, so very easy to find.
Guests travelling from outside the UK can fly via Ryanair/Thomson into Bournemouth International Airport
which is only a 10 minute taxi ride to the property, or Southampton Airport approx. 40 mins car/taxi journey, should you need to hire a car you would be looking at approximately £17 per day, or you may prefer to catch the train which is a 20 minute journey direct from Southampton Parkway to Bournemouth interchange.
If you are travelling internationally into one of the main London Airports you can get a train or coach direct to Bournemouth, visit the travel exchange in the arrival lounge for further advice. It is approximately 90 mins journey by rail or coach. By sea Barfleur Poole to Cherbourg route.
Bournemouth on the Border of Hampshire & Dorset Access is available by car or very easily by train from Bournemouth Station direct to London Waterloo. Trelawney Court is 1 hour 50 minutes from Central London
By Train: South West Trains Bournemouth Station (2 minutes walk from Trelawney Court ) to London Waterloo - 1 hour 50 minutes (trains run every 45 minutes)
