Easy access to New Forest,Isle of Wight,Poole,Sandbanks,Weymouth,Salisbury,Christchurch,Romsey,Corfe Castle.brownsea Island,Portsmouth.Monkey World,Weymouth Sealife Park,Bournemouth Oceanarium,Beaulieu Car museum are also close by.For those seeking nightlife, Bournemouth centre 10 minutes away has nightclubs,bars,restaurants,cinemas theatre. Whether a family Holiday,wedding celebration,golf holiday,stag/hen party,or long weekend break,friends reunion, there is something for everyone.

* Well mannered house trained dogs are welcome
* A £20 charge made per dog
* Linen and towels NOT provided but can be arranged for £8 per person
* Bank holidays / half term / Christmas / Easter periods may be charged at a higher nightly / weekly rate.
* Proprietor reserves the right to change daily / weekly rates without prior notice.( This does not apply to guests
who have already agreed a price and paid a deposit, unless guests wish to change the arrangements).
* Proprietor may require a larger refundable deposit in certain circumstances.

“Fantastic - home from home - great for groups” We stayed here with a group of friends over the bank holiday - the booking process was very simple and Susan was really helpful and provided great information. House is lovely - spacious, plenty of beds and modern furnishings. We had an issue with the hot water which we couldnt work out how to turn on - Susans daughter came immediately round to assit which was appreciated Would fully recommend this property and we are hoping to return soon

“very comfortable well equipped accommodation and just a few minutes walk to the beach” There were 10 of us plus 2 dogs, plenty of room for all in this well equipped and comfortable property. Although we didn't have the best of weather at the start of our holiday, there are so... more
