This apartment is most suited to : Individuals, couples, families. Corporate groups.
We are unable to take bookings for groups under 25 years or single gender groups.

NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (30%of rental rate) is required at the time of initial booking.

FULL BALANCE must be paid within 21 days of initial booking date. This is to ensure dates required are secured.

WEEKLY = 6 nights.

Long weekends(e.g.Fri to Mon) and mid-week break bookings(e.g.Mon to Thurs), are Subject to Availability and are charged accordingly.
