Delightful Detached House in a Cul-De-Sac in Ensbury Park.

Well furnished & equipped with all you need for your holiday.

The house is very light, modern and airy and comes fully furnished which includes washing machine,dishwasher and wi-fi(Internet) tv’s for those who love to catch up on missed programs or watch a Box Set.

Dolby Radio provided in the kitchen.

It also comes with parking for two/three cars.

The house is situated 10 mins drive to Bournemouth Pier and 16 mins to Sand Banks.

The price shown is for bedding and towels(one Bath+1Hand)provided, if you would prefer to bring your own towels,I can reduce the price.

My name is Sandra I manage all queries myself. I also do all cleaning and washing of bedding and towels. I steam clean frequently and keep the house to a very high standard. I like to greet my guests and hand the key on the day of arrival, but sometimes this is not possible,so I also provide a coded box at the property to release the key, which I text to your mobile provided on the day of arrival.

Sorry to here your stay wasn’t that good for you, thank goodness not everyone likes to lay in till late, as I have never been given a bad review before. I checked the shower and all seem fine with me and had had no complaints from anyone else. I do have a Carbon monoxide tester and smoke alarms, not sure why you couldn’t see them! Please refer to Fire regs before quoting your version.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sandra (the owner) a message.

If Sandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
