Home description
Newly refurbished, beautiful, split level, one bedroom maisonette apartment. This character property offers a high quality accommodation that comprises of a living room with open plan kitchen and good size en-suite bedroom upstairs. The Lounge area offers two seater sofabed, full size TV set and dining area to sit up to four persons. Working log burner with logs supplied on request.
Good size double bedroom with feature wooden floors, TV and space for an extra bed.
All furniture and decor undergo a full maintenance overhaul each year to ensure high quality is maintained. All decor and furnishings are brand new as of July 2008. The kitchen is equipped to cater for all our guests' needs. Our apartments are open all year round.

The West Country / Dorset region
The general area hosts far too many attractions to mention individually. Corfe Castle is nearby as it the Swanage Steam Railway. The open top bus travels through Sandbanks every 45 minutes and will take you through some wonderful scenery. About 30 minutes drive is Monkey World, and very close by both Poole and Bournemouth offer a huge selection of attractions and places of interest to visit. Watersports are popular in the area and the beaches of Studland, Sandbanks and Bournemouth are just beautiful. You can choose each day to relax and soak up the sun and perhaps some swimming in the lovely clean sea or go sightseeing. Local connections are good the apartment is supplied with plenty of information about the local area.
Bournemouth area
Nearby Poole offer some great local boat trips including the Dorset lakes, Isle of Wight, and Swanage. Shopping facilities in Bournemouth and Poole are of a high standard Take a trip up high in the Bournemouth Eye ballon. The Bournemouth Gardens are a beautiful sight all summer.

Train services run with Southwest Trains direct from Waterloo or Virgin Trains direct from the Midlands and Scotland.If you are flying you can arrive in Bournemouth International Airport. We offer a free complementary pick up service from Bournemouth's train, coach and airport travel links.

Further details indoors: This aparment is designed to sleep up to 4 adults, however a fold-up bed or a cot can be provided at no extra charge.
Further details outdoors: This apartemnt has the best of both worlds. It is only 15 minutes walk to Bournemouth Town Centre all the way through well kept Bournemouth Central Gardens. It is also only 5 minutes walk from Westbourne's high street with its up market boutiques and good quality restaurants. The area also offers very good transport link for Christchurch, Sandbanks, Poole and Swanage.

We meet all our guests at the apartments to hand over the keys. If your arrival is leter then the times specified the keys can be posted at £7.50 surcharge. We can also arrange a representative to meet you at the apartment after hours at £25 surcharge.
Please be advised that this accommodation is designed for couples and small families. We do not accept hen/stag parties and groups of young people under 25!
