Situated just off the main Christchurch Road the property offers easy access enabling the car to be driven practically to the front door. Inside the property the ground floor has a smart modern lounge/ diner and ajoins well fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, full size oven and washing machine. There is a toilet on the ground floor and a single bedroom. Upstairs there is the main bedroom, another single bedroom and a bathroom.
the property has been recently furnished and is in excellent condition.
