Dukes Court is located on Cavendish Road which is a quiet residential area surrounding the cricket ground. The location is close to town and about a ten minute walk to the centre. At the rear of the block is Lansdowne Road with access to the West Side of Bournemouth.

Flat 2 is a newly refurbished ground floor two bedroom property consisting of a large master bedroom with king size bed and a good size twin bedroom. The property sleeps four people although an additional fold out bed can be provided for a fifth person.The lounge diner is a good size and well furnished, in particular with a large comfortable leather suite. The lounge area leads out onto the balcony which has a small table and four chairs. There are also good sized secluded communal gardens available to use.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a new large fridge freezer and a new washer dryer. There is an electric oven and hob. There is ample storage in the kitchen and the flat as a whole. The property offers a family bathroom and separate WC. Hot water is supplied via electrically operated cylinder tank and a power shower. The heating is supplied by individually controllable brand new modern storage heaters which can be adjusted and controlled on demand in each room as required.

Parking is available at the property. There are no reserved spaces and guests can park in any space. We ask guests with more than one vehicle to park additional vehicles on the road which has unrestricted parking and the area is considered safe.

Subject to availability the landlord offers free personal check in to this property and reduced cost airport and seaport transfers if required.

The property is well equipped and tastefully furnished. It will provide quality accommodation in a good location.

Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £350 (whatever the amount for the specific property) is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.
