About the home

Sandhills is located in Banks Road on the exclusive Sandbanks peninsula. A spacious flat just a couple of minutes walk from the beach with sea glimpses from the lounge and balcony. Recently refurbished throughout to a very high standard with luxury travatine-tiled bathroom and en suite shower room, flat-screen TV, dishwasher and fridge-freezer with ice-cold filtered water on tap and ice making function - perfect for that refreshing drink after a day at the beach!
Child friendly with cot and high chair provided.
Off road parking for one car is included and there is a garage storing children's scooters, buckets, body boards and crab lines.
SKY WIRELESS BROADBAND NOW INCLUDED!
Linen and towels can be provided at additional charge.

The West Country / Dorset region

Dorset offers many attractions with something for everyone. Monkey world sanctuary is a short drive away, Durdle Door and Dorchester with Dinosaur museum, Tutankhamum exhibition and National trust owned Athelhampton House and gardens.
Corfe castle is nearby as is the Swanage Steam railway and the highly acclaimed Compton Acres gardens.
Poole offers great local boat trips including Dorset lakes, Isle of Wight, Brownsea Island, Swanage and the World Heritage Jurassic coastline. Whereas Bournemouth has fantastic shopping, the Bournemouth Eye hot air balloon, theatre and an oceanarium.

The Bournemouth / Sandbanks area

Sandbanks has a three-mile stretch of golden sand with stunning views. It is great for familes and has won many awards for its cleanliness and top class facilities.
Water enthusiasts can make the most of the ideal conditions for wind surfing, kite surfing and dingy sailing. Equipment hire and lessons are readily available.
A couple of minutes walk to the ferry to shellbay, Studland and the National Trust Brownsea Island, a retreat for red squirrels.

“Very relaxed and comfortable.” I stayed in this apartment with my two sons aged 9 and 4 and found it to be spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. It is very close to the beach and ferry and easy to get out for walks and cycling etc. Great spot and would recommend highly.

“Perfect Location” We stayed with our three small boys in Feb and March 2012.The Apartment was just as advertised, well kitted out and bright, with good standard of furniture and a very well equipped kitchen.The location was perfect for the kids, an easy walk to gorgeous Sandbanks beach, as well as to local restaurants and cafe, or to the Sanbanks ferry.The owner was very helpful and able to recommend local amenities.

“More than exceeded our expectations” The apartment is absolutely lovely and it makes a refreshing change that the photos are a true reflection of what the property currently looks like!
