his superb newly refurbished studio apartment offers one good size living/bedroom with double bed and is specially designed for couples (child/baby sleeping facilities are available i.e. cot or extra fold-out bed at a surcharge). Please note this property is not suitable for 3 adults. The lounge area offers a two seater leather sofa, 22inch LCD TV set with integrated freeview and DVD and dining table for four people. The bed is made from silk-cotton linen, the floor is covered with virgin wool carpets and real natural stone tiles can be found in the bathroom. Experience five star accommodation at a fraction of the price! Wi Fi is included in the price.

We also offer deluxe hampers if you're looking to celebrate a special occasion or treat someone you love - please enquire for more details.
Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £175.00 is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.

The Dorset region
Dorset is a very popular holiday destination all year round. It offers beautiful rolling countryside and the Purbecks. Bournemouth with its award winning beaches and The New Forest nearby. Southampton, Salisbury and Stonehenge are all within reasonable travelling distance. Bournemouth has excellent facilities for the tourists and the town and has a lovely calm multi-racial community.
About 30 minutes drive is Monkey World, and very close by both Poole and Bournemouth offer a huge selection of attractions and places of interest to visit. Water sports are popular in the area and the beaches of Studland, Sandbanks and Bournemouth are just beautiful.
You can choose each day to relax and soak up the sun and perhaps some swimming in the lovely clean sea or go sightseeing. Local connections are good the apartment is supplied with plenty of information about the local area.
Bournemouth and Poole are surrounded by some of the most beautiful Blue flag award status beaches as well as stunning countryside with the Purbecks & the New Forest just 15 minutes drive away in either direction.
Bournemouth itself has many attractions including Bournemouth Gardens with a hot air balloon providing outstanding views of the town, Bournemouth Aquarium, endless shopping and excellent restaurants. Nearby Sandbanks is famous for its luxury properties, marina and award winning beaches. The Seafront Operation Teams work around the clock to ensure that Bournemouth maintains it's 4 blue flags, 1 Quality Coast and 1 Green Tourism Business Scheme Silver award and has also introduced innovative schemes such as Europe's first solar powered self compacting recycling bins.
The nearby Purbecks and Swanage can be reached by car, bus, boat, bike or steam train. Dorset contains a complete record through almost 200 million years of earth history during the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods of geological time including excellent spots such as Corfe Castle and Durdle Door. Also contained within this coast are a number of outstanding fossil localities and stunning features such as Chesil beach and impressive cliffs at Barton On Sea. Bournemouth is a cosmopolitan town and has 5 ½ miles of seafront and cliffs which are maintained to a high standard.

"Tired, Dirty and Overpriced - Dreadful !"
On arrival the communal hallway was dirty and unkept. The apartments around were very noisy. One seemed to be having a party. I appreciate that this is not the owners fault but not a great start. Insi… More

"Fabulous Studio- Excellent Location"
Just returned from a three day stay. Studio is well situated on the west cliff district of Bournemouth, about a 5 minute walk to the beautiful golden beach via the zig-zag down the cliff (or you can go down via the cliff lift). It is a good 10 minute walk to the pier and lower gardens and town. The studio is very clean and modern and has everything you could need for a comfy stay. It is situated on the upper ground floor at the back of the building, so there are no views as such, but we just used it as a base to sleep - we were out enjoying all the activities of the area. The management were very friendly and helpful with directions to the studio and handover of keys very easy. At the end of the stay just leave the keys in the studio to be collected by the cleaner. Parking was never a problem on the street outside, but we were there towards the end of the school holidays so it was it a bit quieter. Would recommend this studio for a couple or couple with a baby due to the size. Would definitely recommend the flight in the tethered balloon for great views across Bournemouth/Poole bay area and Isle of Wight.
