Jayne always wanted to live by the sea and now offers 4 holiday apartments for guests to do the same, even if it is only for a week. Each apartment has its own front door and all of them are attached to their home so its not far to walk if you need anything.
Guests love the homely feel of the furnishings and Jayne prides herself on the standard of cleanliness - even the fridges are defrosted every week so that you feel that everything has been done perfectly, just for you.

By day you are minutes walk to the beach, Bournemouth town with its great shops, restaurants and theatres - at night the Victorian walled garden gives a reassurance to aid peaceful nights sleep plus your car is only a few feet from your own front door.
Wi-Fi is included so you don't need to worry about finding a signal anywhere else and if you're feeling active then 100 yards walk away is the 4* Hallmark Hotel where you can pay £6 for a day's membership to the gym and indoor swimming pool.
The property itself stands in a peaceful walled garden where guests are welcome to make use of the garden furniture provided. Private parking is available within the grounds.
We are pleased to be able to offer our guests the discounted rate of £6ppp day for the use of The Hallmark Hotel's swimming pool and leisure club, which is located diagonally opposite to The Coach House.
A Post Office, launderette and shops selling milk, papers, groceries etc are within two hundred yards; bus stops are just one hundred yards away. Shopping precincts, a supermarket and department stores are within a short walk.
The major conference and exhibition venues including the Windsor and Tregonwell Halls (all in the Bournemouth International Centre), the Pavilion, Pier Theatres and Cinemas are just about ten minutes walk away. The Beach and Durley Chine are even nearer.
Regretfully we cannot accommodate children nor are we able to accept pets.
Apartment 3 - Sleeps 2. Fully self contained. Ground Floor. Private entrance
from paved veranda. Open Plan lounge/bedroom – one half with comfortable
seating, colour television, electric fire – the other half with matching bedroom
suite and double bed (4'6”). Dining/Kitchen area – fully fitted units, electric
oven/hob, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster etc. Separate Shower room
and separate toilet.
Gas central heating included October through to March but only in the mornings and evenings ( It is not on all all day or through the night) There is an electric fire for all other times.
All Apartments are close carpeted and are decorated to a high standard. Each Flat has an adequate wardrobe (with coat hangers) and storage, electric shaver point, electric kettle and supplies of china, glasses, cutlery and basic cooking utensils. All televisions are fitted with Freeview.
Each apartment is scrupulously cleaned between tenancies under the personal supervision of the resident proprietors. Bed linen, 2 hand towels and 2 tea towels are provided and all beds are fully made up before each tenancy commences. Please bring your own towels for bathroom and beach. Each flat is supplied with basic cleaning materials. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Coin meters (£1.00) are installed for electricity. (Electricity included in apartment 4).
Apartments can be occupied from 1.30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 9.30am on the day of departure. Guests arriving early (before1.30pm) are welcome to park cars in the grounds or leave luggage as desired.

The Coach House is a convenient base for visits to the New Forest, Exbury Gardens, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Bucklers Hard and Maritime Village, HMS Victory in Portsmouth, Poole Harbour, the Purbeck Hills, Dorchester, Dorset Villages, Thomas Hardy's Cottage and the Wessex Region in general. Day trips to many places of interest are available from nearby pick-up points.
Explorers will find that a week is nowhere near enough to enjoy a day in Poole, Christchurch, The New Forest and the various attractions that Bournemouth itself holds.
For those that love to walk there are 7 miles of award-winning beaches to enjoy. Nestled beneath a magnificent cliff line, the bay enjoys its own micro-climate, some of the warmest sea temperatures in the UK and stunning views of the Isle of Wight and the Purbecks. At just 10 minutes walk from the Coach House it's not long before your adventure can begin. There's even a lift to get you down to the beach, or back up, if hills are not your thing!
