The Dorset region
Dorset is a very popular holiday destination all year round. It offers beautiful rolling countryside and the Purbecks and New Forest close by.. Bournemouth with its award winning beaches has something for everyone and Southampton, Salisbury and Stonehenge are all within reasonable travelling distance. Christchurch is an interesting Priory Town with a picturesque quay. As well as Poole a large coastal town with seaport.
Dorset features some excellent museums, with world leading centres at Bovington (The Tank Museum, telling the history of military vehicles), and the Russell Cotes Museum and Art Gallery in Bournemouth. Other museums include the Dorset County Museum in Dorchester, The Red House in Christchurch, the Royal Signals Museum at Blandford, and the award winning Brewers Quay in Weymouth. Many smaller towns have their own local museums.
Bournemouth really does have something for everyone, We have so many great children's attractions. if you are adventurous we have Moors valley "Go Ape programme" where you can literally swing through the trees! The Moors Valley park is a great day out with forest walks, cycle rides, children's park and lakeside picnic facilities. There is also splashdown water park at the Tower Park complex in Poole. We have delightful walks in the famous Bournemouth and Boscome Gardens as well as the Beautiful Compton Acres a gardeners delight. The Russell Coates Museum is right on the cliff top giving panoramic views of the coastline. As well as the best beaches in the UK (some say possibly in Europe) Bournemouth has won many "Blue Flag" awards for its overall cleanliness. There are terrific views over the Purbeck Hills. During the summer months there is a fantastic free display of fireworks. You can take boat trips along the coast and visit Swanage, Brownsea Island and even the Isle of Wight. Bournemouth has excellent facilities for tourists young and old, whether you like night-life, restaurants or relaxation. The town and has a lovely calm multi-racial community.

I stayed at regency court with work for a total of 7 weeks from July to early September in summer 2014 (moving between 3 different flats) and have nothing but positive thoughts about it.
The location was superb! Easy walking distance into Bournemouth town and easy walking distance to multiple beaches. It was also just a short walk into Westbourne where there were plenty of lovely cafes and there's a co-op handily located up the road. We had quite a number of vehicles between us but found that between the good sized car park and nearby off-road parking that it wasn't a problem at all!
The accommodation was more than basic - a great standard for self catering though. Each flat I stayed in had a good sized lounge area and a dining table in the kitchen. Kitchens were well equipped and clean, great water pressure in the showers and good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage. The bedding was changed weekly which was a pleasant surprise!
Becky who looked after us was superb. We were coming and going and moving around but she was nothing but helpful. She really was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.
Thank you very much for your glowing review! It was a pleasure to have you stay at Regency Court and I am so happy that you enjoyed your time with us. We look forward to welcoming you again soon.

Myself and my husband had a wonderful week! The apartment was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. We were able to leave the car and I walked into town through the gardens. The owners were very friendly and gave us lots of useful information. The weather was good and the town was relaxed due to the children having gone back to school. We will definitely be back!
So happy you enjoyed your week. The weather was just right. I love walking through the gardens at this time of the year, it is so peaceful. Look forward to seeing you again.

"Excellent flat at a good price very central to all that Bournemouth offers"
We have stayed at this flat for the last 2 years. My husband and I with our two children really have enjoyed our last 2 holidays here. It has a lovely park nearby and a small walk to the beach so saves massively on parking in Bournemouth itself. There is a garden so handy to play ball with the children after a day. Also a rotary line for washing although our flat didn't have a washing machine there was a laundrette nearly. The flat is clean and had enough space so that we didn't feel too confined. The toaster was a bit dodgy and didn't pop up leading to lots of burnt toast. The smoke alarm above the cooker was a bit much too! The owners are very friendly and there is information in the flat on what to do in the area.
Glad you enjoyed your time with us. Sorry about the toaster but as nobody said anything, we were not aware. (I have now replaced it). We have been putting washing machines in all of the flats this year, so by next season all the flats will have one. Look forward to seeing you again in the future.

"Comfortable accommodation in easy access to many attractions."
We were greeted on arrival by a very pleasant lady who showed us the full accommodation. Everything was as you would hope for a pleasant holiday and we settled in easily.
The location of Regency Court is ideal for those who wish to spend their time in the Bournemouth area and for those who wish to travel further afield.
All in all, a very pleasant holiday.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Glad you had a pleasant time at Regency Court and we do hope you will visit us again when you come to Bournemouth.

Stayed with my 2 children for a week. Had a lovely welcome from Pam
who was most helpful. The apartment was very clean, lots of space and had everything we needed including a lovely big garden. They are in a good location with nearby shops/restaurants
and takeaways. The beach and town centre are within walking distance.
There is lots for the children to do and a week wasn't long enough!
Would definitely go back and recommend to my family and friends.
Glad you enjoyed your time with us and thank you for your recommendation
