This elegant, nautical, fourth floor, one bedroom apartment is located right in the heart of Bournemouth and very close to the sea front. It offers contemporary accommodation with stylish furnishings to suit couples and small families alike. Accommodation comprises of a good size living area area, with separate kitchen/dining area for four persons. Very bright and comfortable one double bedroom with king size bed and a sofa-bed located in the lounge suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. Bathroom with walk in shower and W.C. Launderette located on St.Michaels Road, just a few minutes walk from the property. Limited off road parking available on first come first serve basis (unrestricted on road parking on near by roads as well as Pay and Display only a few minutes walk). Courtesy shuttle available for guests without own transport (pick up and drop off upon arrival and departure only).
Our apartments are open all year round. Please be advised that this accommodation is designed for couples and small families. We do not accept hen/stag parties and groups of young people under 25! No pets allowed. Smoking outside only.
This property has a Basic Welcome Pack which includes: Washing up liquid, J-cloth, General surface cleaner, Bleach, Toilet roll, Kitchen roll, Black and white bin liners. If you wish to upgrade to a Standard or Deluxe Welcome Pack please select the option on your booking form. A Standard Welcome Pack includes all of the Basic Welcome Pack plus Tea bags, Coffee sticks, Sugar sticks and Milk (UHT) (an extra £2.95 to upgrade) and the Deluxe Welcome Pack includes all of the Standard Welcome Pack plus Decaf coffee sticks, Sweeteners, Laundry tablets, Shower gel, Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap (an extra £5.95).

Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £175 (whatever the amount for the specific property) is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.

The property is located near the Triangle area of Bournemouth, a very central location where you can find local shops, bars and restaurants.
Bournemouth town centre has an abundance of shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Here you will also find cinemas, the Pavilion theatre, Bournemouth International Centre and a variety of places to eat and drink. Head down to pier approach and you’ll find plenty to see and do, if you can manage to tear yourself away from the seven miles of golden sand why not take a stroll on the pier, play in the amusements, go on an underwater adventure at the Oceanarium or even catch the land train to Boscombe. Stroll through Bournemouth gardens and you’ll come across mini golf, a bandstand, aviary and the Bournemouth eye, a tethered balloon with large passenger carrier attached which flies high above the skyline and offers spectacular views.
Take a walk up Hengistbury head and you’ll be greeted with wonderful views of the coastline and the Isle of Wight. Stroll down the other side and you’ll find yourself on the beach where you can quench your thirst in the café or catch a boat over to Christchurch. The priory town with its castle ruins and natural harbour offers some lovely locations for lunch or dinner.
The summer months see Bournemouth come alive with firework displays, candlelight nights, events for children and even an air festival on the beach. From mid November and throughout December the town centre becomes home to a German Christmas market, where you can buy traditional gifts or just sit and enjoy a nice glass of Gluhwein!
Further afield you'll find the spectacular Jurassic coastline (a world heritage site). Corfe Castle, The New Forest, Swanage and Southampton are all within easy travelling distance for a great day out.
