The Chain Link Ferry is just a few minutes away, which takes you over to Studland & the Isle of Purbeck (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), more gorgeous beaches and beach cafes, horse riding up on the heath and over to Old Harry Rocks (perfect area to Kayak too, where Dolphins can often be spotted). The Jurassic Coastline offers so much exploration too, with Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door approximately half an hour away.

All Beds are brand new Pocket Sprung 6ft 6" long and Zip and Link (either 6ft 6" x 6ft wide Super King Bed or 6ft 6" x 3ft twin beds) or King Size Double (6ft 6" x 5ft) so suitable for 4 x Couples or Families (These can be made up to suit your personal booking).
Please note: the house is perfect for 2 Families as 2 Bedrooms and Bathroom are on Lower Ground Floor, with direct access to Garden and 2 Bedrooms are on 1st Floor with 2 Bathrooms, with Living Areas in the Middle on Ground Floor.
All Luxury Linen and Bathroom Towels are Provided. Please bring Beach Towels.
There is Parking for 2 Cars at front of Property and 1 car in Double Garage (or Garage can be used for storage of sports equipment etc).
This is a No Smoking Property.
Small Dogs / Pets may be allowed at discretion of Property Owner as House is furnished / equipped to a very high standard. (There may be an additional Cleaning Fee charged if required)

The West Country / Dorset region
This area on the South Coast offers a Micro Climate (often a few degrees warmer than other parts of the UK), has incredible golden sandy beaches with clear sea, multiple watersport options right infront of The Boathouse (you can watch the Kitesurfers & Windsurfers from the Balconies and Living Room of the property.
Regular Ferries over to Brownsea Island (largest colony of Sea Horses and Red Squirrels in Europe).
The New Forest is just a short distance away by direct train service or by car.
Lovely walks and cycle routes through the many wonderful wooded Chines, which often lead to the stunning beaches around.
Studland, The Purbecks, World Herritage Jurrasic Coast are all a very short distance away.
The Bournemouth / Sandbanks area
Many Restaurants in the Area from the glamourous Cafe Shore, to the relaxed Jazz Cafe or Le Cafe for a great Breakfast to Sundowners on the Terrace at the fabulous Harbour Heights Hotel, are all within a few minutes walk of the property.
Canford Cliffs Village is also just a short walk away, offering more bars and restaurants.
Ashley Cross offers a Street Cafe Culture, again with various bars and restaurants.
Bournemouth and Poole offer all kinds of venues from great Takeaways, to top Michelin Starred Restaurants, The Oceanarium and Fun Fair are close by on Bournemouth Pier, the list goes on and on. You will not be short of things to do.
