"Lovely location, needs a new cleaner."
One street away from Tuckton shops (co-op, post office, coffee shops) and a 15min stroll from Southbourne Grove (busy shopping street).
Regular buses pass end of road and 20min walk from both Christchurch and Pokesdown rail stations.
30min walk from seafront.
Well appointed house, in a quiet residential area. Good size bedrooms with lots of cupboard space. Clean bathrooms. Lovely conservatory and back garden with decking area. Good sized kitchen, with full range of kitchenware and equipment (though I did spend the first couple of days washing everything as there was food debris and grubby finger prints on all surfaces and most dishes). Pleasant house with lived in atmosphere. Don't expect shiny new fixtures.
Friendly owner, happy to answer all my queries. eg. Livingroom TV remote was broken, repair men sent out same day.
I'd recommend this house as the perfect base for a family with children.
