The property is ideally located for easy walking access (10 minutes) to Westbourne high-street, a 15 minute walk through Bournemouth gardens to the beaches of Bournemouth.

Beautifully presented over three levels, the ground floor of this accommodation comprises of one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to a small garden/patio area, a twin bedroom at the front of the house over looking the front lawn and family bathroom.. The first floor accommodates the lounge which offers a relaxing atmosphere on a comfortable sofa; across the hallway is modern kitchen/dining area with access to a small patio area and there is also a separate W.C. The top floor is home to two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Pure cotton sheets and plump, fluffy towels are included. Two parking spaces available in the underground car park. WIFI included (subject to availability from the internet service provider).

This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. Please note - this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only - we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups.

This property includes a complementary Deluxe Starter Pack which comprises: washing up liquid, J-cloth, general surface cleaner, toilet roll, kitchen roll, black and white bin liners, tea bags, coffee sticks, sugar sticks and milk (UHT) plus decaf coffee sticks, sweeteners, laundry tablets, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Please note starter packs are designed to welcome you to the property, and save a trip to shops on your arrival date – we recommend you take advantage of our Shopping Service should you require provisions to last throughout your stay; please enquire for more details on this service.

Our Shopping Service is charged at £30.00 inclusive of VAT or 25% + VAT of all bills over the value of £100.00 - we can take your list to your preferred supermarket, purchase everything on your behalf and deliver it your holiday apartment, so it will be packed away and ready for your arrival. We also offer deluxe hampers if you're looking to celebrate a special occasion or treat someone you love - please enquire for more details.

Optional extras available include - midweek cleaning and linen services (please note your weekly cleans and linen changes are included for bookings 14 days or more in length).

Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £550.00 is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.
