Churchfield Holiday Lettings are delighted to offer this stunning, ideally located holiday home that sleeps up to 10. Queens Park West is a unique and undeniably impressive character property that was built in the 1920's and has been brought up to date without losing any of its original charm.

The property is located just ten minutes away from the Town Centre, and Bournemouth's famous sandy beaches but resides in the quiet and family friendly area of Queens Park with its leafy outlook and peaceful surroundings. The property is also located directly opposite one of Bournemouth's most sought after golf courses – Queens Park Golf Course.

This property is the perfect get away for families looking to indulge in a little bit of luxury. Queens Park West boasts electric gates to the front of the property leading to a private driveway with space for up to four cars. Inside the property you are greeted by an impressive and grand hallway with black and white chequerboard floor tiles leading to two large, bright and airy reception rooms, both with large bay windows. One is set up as 'the children's play room' including large wall-mounted plasma TV, DVD player, Wii gaming station and more, the other comprises plush sofas seating up to eight people, feature gas log burner, large plasma TV with sky+. The ground floor also includes a stunning kitchen/dining room featuring high quality glossy white units, high specification, top of the range integrated appliances including washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dish washer and double oven with gas hob. There is a utility room to one side and door leading directly to the garden.

The rear garden is extremely large and is a real asset to this property. It is said to be one of the largest in the local area, there for making it perfect for children. It also includes a large trampoline, swing set and even a hot tub, ideal for those hot summer evenings. Being enclosed by large trees and hedges the garden is extremely private and cannot be over looked from the surrounding properties.

The top floor of this property is just as grand as the ground floor and comprises five bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, one with a double and a single, one with a set of bunk beds and the last with a single bed, all extremely bright and airy with the master bedroom including large bay windows to front aspect and modern en-suite. All five bedrooms are decorated to a high standard with many including large fitted wardrobes and feature chandeliers which accentuates the theme of grandeur that runs throughout the property. The fifth bedroom is set up with bunk beds and is ideally suited for children up to the age of 12 There is also a large, modern family bathroom with double 'his & hers' sink, free standing bath and separate shower.
