Full amount is required 10 weeks prior to holiday commencment. Bookings made under 10 days prior, full amount plus deposit will be required.
Cancellations. 43 days or more, deposit refunded in full. Cancellation from 30 days to 43 deposit will be retained. cancellations under 30 - 10 days deposit retained and a levy charge applied. Cancellation under 31 days all monies retained.
The West Country region
. Dorset is in a warm part of the country. Bournemouth is set in a beautiful part of the country so close to the New Forest as well as the Purbeck hills.
Salisbury, Southampton and the famous Stonehenge are all within an hour drive. The train line is direct to London but via Southampton has links all all over the country.
The Bath Spas are 1hr 30 mins.
Monkey World, the Bovington ranges, the living and resting place of Sir Lawrence Olivia, are also only 30 min drive.
Many other attractions are availble in close proximity.
The Olympic games sailing events are a short distance away in Weymonth and Portland and with the Apartment only 5mins walk from the train station it is an ideal base to visit the events.
Bournemouth Is a vibrant, cosmopolitan town which has everything needed for a wonderful or weekend break. It boasts 10 miles of golden sandy beaches, an array of nightclubs , trendy bars and restaurants serving food for every taste. It appeals to young and old , With all this as well as the beautiful gardens to while away those sunny afternoons, listen to bands and concerts or take a hot air balloon ride to see the breath taking views . We have the pavilion theatre and the lighthouse theatre in Poole which hosts top shows as well as the BIC which welcomes top musical acts . Entertainment for all.
The Russell Coates museum is well worth a visit not only to see many well known art works but also to look at the spectacular view from the window in side.
The Bournemouth air festivals, weekly firework displays constant fairs and activities in the square and Poole Quay are just some of the reasons to visit Bournemouth this summer.as well as the OLYMPICS, which are only a short train journey away.

"A fantastic flat, perfectly set up with everything you could need. Highly recommended!"
I stayed in the flat for a month with my husband. It is a perfect location - really close to the station and a big supermarket, and a quick walk to the beach and town centre. The flat itself is lovely, clean and bright, with a really new bathroom and kitchen, fully kitted out with everything we needed for the month. Sally is a lovely, accommodating host who was great from beginning to end - really flexible, quick to respond to emails and help with anything we needed. Overall, I can't recommend this place highly enough.

"Excellent apartment in an excellent location!"
Sally was so helpful to us and made our stay at her apartment very enjoyable. She even provided a decorated Christmas tree because we were there over Christmas! The apartment was spotless, and very well equipped. We wanted for nothing. The parking was off road and in a designated space so was always convenient. The location was truly excellent. We were able to walk easily to Asda or Tesco within 2 minutes, but also to the centre of town with all the shops and restaurants you could want. But even better, we walked a few minutes to a lovely real ale pub with live music and resident dog on Christmas Eve, where we were made to feel very welcome. Would thoroughly recommend this place to all.

"Clean, modern in good location"
My wife, son and I stayed here for a couple of nights. Booking the apartment was very simple, as the owners were very good. Sally quickly responded to my questions about the property and prices, and supplied the necessary documents promptly. We arrived an hour early and the owners were ready to let us in - no fuss or waiting around after a long journey.
It was a modern top floor flat, clean and in good condition. For example, new carpets, furniture and kitchen appliances and bathroom. And there were some nice extras too, such as black out blinds so that our son didn't wake up at 5.30 in the morning. There were some other nice touches too, such as complementary tea, coffee and hot chocolate, DVDs to watch, shampoo etc. And our son enjoyed a run around in the communal garden.
We thought the location was pretty good. It's situated near a large ASDA and near the train station and is very close to the town centre - about 25 to 30 walk minutes to the beach. We did however drive to the beach, but that was more due to my hangover.
If there was anything I would change, it would be to recommend locks for the kitchen cabinets. Our son is 13 months old and was opening them, so we needed to put the contents of the units onto the worksurface.
I am really pleased you enjoyed your stay. Not sure of the route you took to the beach as the nearest route will take you 10 -15 mins walk at most so im sorry if i was not clear with my directions. Thank you for the point of the cupboards, something we can look into for our guest with little ones.

"Excellent birthday weekend"
Me and my girlfriend stayed at the apartment over a long weekend for her birthday. The owners are nice and welcoming, the apartment was great, within 10 mins walking to the town(clubs) and beach. The deposit was paid back two after we left which was efficient and quick. My phone battery died, which i was using as a sat nat and the owners came to find us and direct us to the apartment.

"Great location - high standard"
Me my husband and my 13 years old daugther stayed at this apartment for 4 days. It is centrally located, close to the station with Asda, petrol station and city center just a short walk away but at the same time a quiet neighbourhood. The flat is brand new, furnished to a high standard, very clean and has everything you could need (superb shower). Sally, the owner is a delightful lady, very helpful and efficient. We kept in touch via e-mails and she was there to meet us on arrival. We will certainly be returning hopefully.
