"Ideal for family"

Well appointed property; located in central, quiet area close to beach, shops and town. Good value for money. Responsive, flexible and professional letting staff. Would be happy to rent in future.… More

"Everything was as promised!"

We spent 2 weeks at the apartment at The Broadwalk, and have only positive feedback to give over! The apartment was absolutely immaculate when we arrived! They had even provided brand new bedding for the sofa bed in the main room!! The 2 double beds were so comfortable, that we were actually amazed, because the previous review had suggested the exact opposite, for some unexplainable reason . . so we were actually rather anxious about that, and very satisfied with what was the reality!!
It was clean and bright, and when we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Catherine from the agency, who showed us all we needed to know and took us around the apartment!
It is actually on the small side, but we would definitely recommend it for a family of four, with ample space; we were 5 of us, so it was that bit less roomy!
All in all, no complaints whatsoever, and warmest thanks go to Holiday lettings for all their help from the very start!! A lovely compact holiday apartment! Highly recommended!

"Big on appearance, small on the details"

The apartment was finished tastefully, modern and fresh on appearance but the cleanliness was very questionable. My mother mopped the kitchen and living room space before we felt comfortable enough to settle down. My biggest gripe was the lack of quality where it mattered. After an early start and driving three hours, we were looking forward to retiring. 1) the two double beds were extremely uncomfortable, where the springs of the mattress were felt throughout. It would have made a bit of difference if the mattresses were covered with a mattress pad. With the poor quality linen, too boot, the level of hygiene between used mattresses and our skin, was also a concern: glad we took along own bed linen! 2) The towels were also poor quality. Again, glad we walked with our own.

The property was checked before the arrival and it was in immaculate order.
We note that they cleaned at the end of the visit and the cleaning company would have cleaned after the visit.
