This annexe presents two double bedroom and open plan living within a convenient area to explore the local surroundings of Bournemouth. Located in a very popular area of East-cliff with close proximity to the sandy Blue Flag beaches and Bournemouth Town Centre.
The Coach House can accommodate up to 6 persons offering two double bedrooms and double sofa-bed in the lounge. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor sharing a shower room (power shower and W.C). The open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area comfortably seats 6 persons either for lounging in-front of the 42" flat screen television or around the grand dining table. Enjoy the lounge area by opening the large bi-folding doors creating a relaxing atmosphere with a fresh summer breeze flowing through.
Off road parking is available for one car. There is also unrestricted off road parking available on nearby roads.
Bournemouth's 7 miles of sandy beach, from the nature reserves at Hengistbury head to the exclusive sandbanks peninuslar is within easy reach. Boscombe's award winning pier, popular sea front and artificial surf reef are also just a short and pleasant walk away and easily accessed through tree-lined roads through Boscombe gardens or the zig-zag path that leads down to the beach. You are just ten minutes walk to Bournemouth cosmopolitan bars and restaurants.

"Wet dog smell not as pictured!"
A group of 4 of us stayed over the May bank holiday paying £86 per night which was far too much! The whole place smelt of damp dog for the duration of the weekend, the place was grubby and not a… More
I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. I advised that the carpets had been steam cleaned on the day of arrival. This was done last minute after previous guests who had a Labrador left it in poor condition. The pictures provided are a true representation of the property. Could you advise as to what parts of the property are grubby so that this could be rectified. I' apologise if one bread knife was not enough, I will take this complaint on board as this has never been brought up before.
The price worked out £24 per person / night. This is extremely reasonable for bank holiday weekend

"Too small for six people , not enough beddings for six people."

As specified in the description there are two double beds and a fold out lounge in the living area.This provides suitable for six people. We ask how many people will be staying in the booking and provide suitable amount of bedding on arrival. I'm sorry if there was a mix up.

"Attention to basics sadly lacking"
Our stay got off to a poor start when we found an empty condom wrapper in the bedside drawer, the mattress in the second bedroom had a huge dent in it and on the second day the living room ceiling caved in as there was a water leak from the shower due to the plug hole being full of hair.
The general cleanliness of the property was sub standard, the kitchen was poorly equipped ,and the small tabletop oven smoked with the build up of grease inside it.....we ate out every night as a result of the poor facilities.
All in all a very disappointing stay.
I apologise for finding the condom wrapper. The cleaner was put on notice after we informed her. The kitchen has now been upgraded and has a four burner hob and single oven. Apologies

"One lovely week in England (although driving on the “wrong” street side)"
Extremely recommended. We enjoyed very much our week in the Coach House. The large front doors are great especially when you open them (if the weather allows it). The owners are very friendly and helped us organizing our day trips (i.e. London) to see England. The beach (lovely fine sand) is around 10min walk away through a nearby park. We stayed there during the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and it looked liked every English got mad (from a German perspective :-) ) but it was a great experience.
