A beautiful town centre self catering holiday flat situated in a fantastic central location right outside The Square and the Central Gardens and just a few minutes walk from the Beach, Cinemas, Theatres, Restaurants and various other attractions.

Comprises; large lounge with 2 x sofas one of which is a 4ft sofa bed, flat screen Samsung 32 inch LED TV with full Sky package, free high speed Broadband Wireless Internet connection, dining area seating 6 people, new fully fitted kitchen with appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave and cutlery and crockery, a double bedroom with double bed and an en suite bathroom and there is a separate w.c. There is an additional folding bed sleeping an extra person and plenty of storage space. The flat also benefits from a lovely private balcony overlooking the church and with views over Bournemouth.

Poole Harbour is a stunning location for all types of watersport. The harbour and it's islands offer a haven for wildlife including the bird sanctuary on the world renowned Brownsea Island.

The flat is within yards of the main shopping areas, pubs and clubs. The town centre is set against the backdrop of our award-winning gardens. A 500-yard walk from the holiday flat through the Lower Gardens leads down to the Pier and beach, offering seven miles of golden sands and sparkling sea.

The vibrant cosmopolitan town of Bournemouth really has it all - a vast variety of shops, restaurants, buzzing nightlife and endless countryside with beautiful gardens and water sports galore. There is certainly no shortage of things to do in Bournemouth and this holiday flat offers the perfect base for your stay here.

"Tired flat with damp looking onto a building site"

Although cleaned as much as was possible and in a good location the flat was tired and in need of decoration. Peeling wallpaper and damp patches in the bedroom and bathroom which smelt. The entrance was via a long winding passageway past numerous bed sit type accomodation in the building which was in need of decoration with many uncovered wires, cables and pipes. More like poor university student accomodation than a holiday letting. Would not recommend to anyone.

I am very sorry that the apartment did not meet your expectations. We take customer comments very seriously and have contacted the managing agents of the block who have assured us that the passageways are due to get painted early next year and we have also asked them to box in the electrical units. The bedroom is due to be redecorated after our current guests leave. We have had nothing but positive feedback on this apartment so I was very shocked to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, and I hope you will visit Bournemouth again in the future.

"Wonderful Stay"

Excellent accommodation for the price and perfectly located- situated in the middle of the town centre. It is easily accessible to bus routes and close to Bournemouth train station. The flat is spacious, clean, quiet, very comfortable, and the well equipped full kitchen makes for an overall satisfyingly pleasant stay! My mother and I stayed for a week and loved it.
