Sleeping up to 8 people this very spacious flat is set out over the top two floors of a large detached house on a corner plot. The flat comes with a private garden boasting a gazebo and off-street parking.
Towels and bed linen are not supplied but all other bedding is provided (pillows, duvets, and blankets). Arrangements for bedding can be made at extra cost.
Central heating, hot water, gas and electricity and wi-fi are included within the price.

The kitchen has been equipped to a high standard with Neff built in appliances. It boasts a 5 ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. (Tumble dryer for guest use is situated in an outbuilding).
The large bathroom is equipped with a sumptuous roll top bath and separate shower and WC.
Bedroom 3 is a large double bedroom comprising of a double bed and a single bed with an en-suite shower room with basin and WC .
A private garden is available for use by holiday makers and boasts the advantage of a heated gazebo. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. or even an evening meal after a day on the beach.

There is fantastic walking and beautiful natural scenery in the area.
A wonderful walk around Hengistbury Head which overlooks the beautiful Christchurch Harbour is nearby. The New Forest, Brownsea Island, Poole etc are all easily accessible.

"Great accommodation & fantastic location!"
Quality accommodation which is comfortable clean & well equipped. In an amazing location just a short & easy stroll away from the cliff top which leads down to the beach. The garden gazebo is beautiful & is great for dining outside.
A great place to stay, relax & unwind whether with friends or family!

"Absolutely beautiful flat, very spacious, excellent location"
This was a beautiful flat, very spacious, clean, good quality furnishings and fittings. Could not fault this accomodation, extremely good value. Another bonus was the location just a short stroll to the cliffs, beach and shops. Highly recommended. The lady who we booked the accomodation with was a lovely, honest and sincere person.
