This is a stunning, very large, well equipped 3 bedroom flat with private garden and off street parking.

Sleeping up to 8 people this very spacious flat is set out over the top two floors of a large detached house on a corner plot. The flat comes with a private garden boasting a HEATED GAZEBO and off-street parking. Central heating, hot water, gas and electricity are included within the price.

The lounge is well equipped with a widescreen television, video, DVD, hi-fi equipment and gas coal effect fire.

Bedroom 1 is a large double bedroom comprising of a double bed and a single bed .
Bedroom 2 is a large double bedroom comprising of a double bed.

The kitchen is brand new and has been equipped to a high standard with Neff built in appliances. It boasts a 5 ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. (Tumble dryer for guest use is situated in an outbuilding).

The large bathroom is equipped with a sumptuous roll top bath and separate shower and WC.

2nd Floor

Bedroom 3 is a large double bedroom comprising of a double bed and a single bed with an en-suite shower room with basin and WC .

A private garden is available for use by holiday makers and boasts the advantage of a heated gazebo. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. or even an evening meal after a day on the beach.

The flat is ideally located in the highly desirable Boscombe Manor area. Bournemouth town centre is close by. Bournemouth is a world class resort and boasts everything you need for a perfect holiday or short break.

A host of sights and activities are within easy reach, from cinemas to theatres, bistros to great shopping.
There is fantastic walking and beautiful natural scenery in the area.

A wonderful walk around Hengistbury Head which overlooks the beautiful Christchurch Harbour is nearby. The New Forest, Brownsea Island, Poole etc are all easily accessible.
