Hartford Court is in an excellent location for both holiday and business. It is close to the beautiful "Blue Flag" beaches, yet within a short walk of Bournemouth town centre with unrivalled shopping, entertainment, fine restaurants, and the BIC (Bournemouth International Centre).

"location good, noisy road, bad experience!"

Unfortunately I believe this individual is using TripAdvisor inappropriately following a dispute about payment for breakage of the shower door. In three years of letting this property (both short & longer term) we have no other poor feedback. It's such a shame that this person is taking the opportunity to be vindictive & try to ruin an excellent reputation.

To respond specifically to the issues raised: 4 separate people (myself, the maintenance contractor & two cleaners) are unlikely to have failed to notice the shower door being broken during handover from the previous tenants as alleged; the security desposit was therefore used towards payment for repairs although the amount charged did not fully cover the damage; the location is on a bus route however the apartments are set back from the road & are fully double glazed; the standards of cleanliness are very high as we ensure that the apartment is professionally cleaned each week by cleaners who also used for four other apartments in the same block. Finally, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a king sized bed & the other which can accomodate 3 people in single beds, so use of the sofabed is only a useful addition This reviewer booked for a family of four, and then accomodated two extra adults at no extra cost, despite us recommending otherwise.

This accomodation has also been recently viewed by Holiday Lettings & is confirmed as 5*.

"Super Apartment"

I have just returned from a week's stay at this apartment. What a fabulous apartment it is, so clean and has everything you could need. It's based between Boscombe and Bournemouth town centre so is really accessible to everything you could need. We used the buses all week as the bus stop is right opposite the apartment and we used the yellow buses as we found the drivers really polite and helpful. We used both bedrooms and also the sofa bed which was more than adequate for a week's stay.
Christine, the owner is a delightful lady, very helpful and efficient. We kept in touch via e-mails and she was there to meet us on arrival and departure. We will certainly be returning next year hopefully.
