A comfortable and well maintained apartment with private entrance which sleeps up to 8 people, with central heating, hot water, and bed linen all included in the price. The lounge features all the comforts of home, and the two bedrooms are large, sleeping 4 and 2 people respectively. There large family bathroom has a luxurious corner bath and separate shower, and there is a second WC. There is a long dining area leading off from a fully equipped kitchen with fitted cupboards. The light, clean kitchen also includes a gas cooker, fridge freezer and microwave.

The apartment is situated in an ideal holiday location. A short walk through the 'Woodland Walk' brings you on to the Boscombe Beach Overcliffe. Entertainment is all very close, with the Bournemouth International Centre, Cinemas, IMAX, and the popular Pavilion Theatre. There is plenty to do at anytime of the year. Theo apartment is also very convenient for the shops, which includes Sainsburys, Woolworths, Primark and the abundant array of shops in the Sovereign Centre.

- There is off street parking for your car.
- From London to Bournemouth takes about 2 Hours.
-The Beach is just 10 minutes walk from the house.
- The closest station (Bournemouth) is 10 minutes drive away.
- The airport is about 10 minutes drive from the centre of Bournemouth just outside Hurn.

-In the family bedroom there is a double bed and full size bunk beds. The second bedroom has one double bed.
-A cot is available on request.

-So that your beloved pet does not miss out on this holiday we do allow well behaved dogs to accompany you. However, this is a non smoking establishment; so, if your dog smokes he probably wont want to come.
