This luxury holiday home is located just a short 5 minute walk to Branksome Dene Park & golden sandy beaches with easy accessibility to all the attractions and amenities of Bournemouth and Poole. Beautifully presented, this four bedroom house is set over four floors comprising of two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (which are zip beds that can be set to super-king size - please select which option you would prefer in the booking form and add additional notes where required.) One of the rooms is located in the basement (underground level) and the other on the 1st floor. There are also three bath/shower rooms with luxurious rainfall shower heads and a separate WC.
The lower ground floor hosts one of the zip bed rooms which has an en-suite shower room and plenty of storage space, this room is ideal for the children or couples who want some privacy. There is also a small laundry (with a washing machine) and storage cupboard . The ground floor hosts a double bedroom with large patio doors which offer views of the front garden, a separate W.C. and the stunning open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes all the mod cons, NEFF electric double oven, dishwasher, wine cooler, induction hob, ipod docking station and is a great space for entertaining, especially in the summer months where the space can be opened up to the elements by opening the patio doors to the patio/garden area. Good sized garden with a large wooden table & chairs included.
The first floor accommodates the lounge with 50" flat-screen television (DVD's left by the owners for guests to enjoy in the evenings), comfortable seating area and access to a balcony area overlooking Alum Chine beach with great partial sea views. WIFI included (subject to availability from the internet service provider). At the rear of the first floor is the other zip bed room and a shower room.
The top floor is home to the 'master suite', the bedroom has impressive high ceilings and access to private balcony with breathtaking partial sea views; a prime location for having a cup of tea in the mornings or glass of wine in the evenings. Located on the other side of the landing, this floor has a "walk through" wardrobe/dressing area which takes you through to the master bathroom. Relax in the large corner bath or make use of the separate rainfall shower and also "his & hers" sinks.
There is underfloor heating throughout and air re-circulation. Unrestricted on road parking. Pure cotton sheets and plump, fluffy towels are included. This deluxe family holiday home will allow you to relax and enjoy your holiday and make you want to return year after year!
This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. Please note - this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only - we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups.
This property includes a Deluxe Welcome Pack which comprises: washing up liquid, J-cloth, general surface cleaner, bleach, toilet roll, kitchen roll, black and white bin liners, tea bags, coffee sticks, sugar sticks and milk (UHT) plus decaf coffee sticks, sweeteners, laundry tablets, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap.
Optional extras available include - midweek cleaning and linen services (please note your weekly cleans and linen changes are included for bookings 14 days or more in length).

Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £550.00 is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.

The West Country region
Dorset is a very popular holiday destination all year round. It offers beautiful rolling countryside and the Purbecks. Bournemouth with its award winning beaches and The New Forest nearby. Southampton, Salisbury and Stonehenge are all within reasonable travelling distance. Bournemouth has excellent facilities for the tourists and the town and has a lovely calm multi-racial community.
About 30 minutes drive is Monkey World, and very close by both Poole and Bournemouth offer a huge selection of attractions and places of interest to visit. Water sports are popular in the area and the beaches of Studland, Sandbanks and Bournemouth are just beautiful.
You can choose each day to relax and soak up the sun and perhaps some swimming in the lovely clean sea or go sightseeing. Local connections are good the apartment is supplied with plenty of information about the local area.
Bournemouth and Poole are surrounded by some of the most beautiful Blue flag award status beaches as well as stunning countryside with the Purbecks & the New Forest just 15 minutes drive away in either direction. Bournemouth itself has many attractions including Bournemouth Gardens, Bournemouth Aquarium, endless shopping and excellent restaurants. Nearby Sandbanks is famous for its luxury properties, marina and award winning beaches. The Seafront Operation Teams work around the clock to ensure that Bournemouth maintains it's 4 blue flags, 1 Quality Coast and 1 Green Tourism Business Scheme Silver award and has also introduced innovative schemes such as Europe's first solar powered self compacting recycling bins.
The nearby Purbecks and Swanage can be reached by car, bus, boat, bike or steam train. Dorset contains a complete record through almost 200 million years of earth history during the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods of geological time including excellent spots such as Corfe Castle and Durdle Door. Also contained within this coast are a number of outstanding fossil localities and stunning features such as Chesil beach and impressive cliffs at Barton On Sea. Bournemouth is a cosmopolitan town and has 5 ½ miles of seafront and cliffs which are maintained to a high standard.
