The apartment is set within the prestigious and characterful Burlington Mansions building located on Owls Road, Boscombe Spa and is just a 2 minute walk from the beachfront and pier, or to the nearby high street with its variety of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and regular street market.

The property comprises – A spacious open plan lounge/Diner/Kitchen that has been furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is fully integrated and includes breakfast bar area, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The spacious Entrance reception area includes a sofa bed that sleeps an addition two people and stairs lead up to an open Mezzanine area with a double sofabed sleeping 2, colour TV with SKY, and large privacy curtain that creates the third bedroom. The large master bedroom includes a double bed with one way glass wall looking towards the private terrace and a door leading to the exceptionally spacious luxury en-suite with 7ft Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom comprises two single beds, a feature skylight and further en-suite bathroom. There is one allocated off road parking space and also the option for use of a private garage either for storage or for an additional vehicle.
