The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a converted house offering simple furnishings and amenities and yet very comfortable with quiet surroundings. This property is ideal for holiday makers as well as business travellers who require convenient accommodation.
This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. Please note - this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only - we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups.

This property has a Basic Welcome Pack which includes: washing up liquid, J-cloth, general surface cleaner, bleach, toilet roll, kitchen roll, black and white bin liners.

Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.

In the event of cancellation or amendments of your booking, BBL is entitled to charge you as follows:- Cancellation 43 days or more before the Holiday Commencement Date deposits will be refunded however a cancellation fee of £30 will incur and will be deducted from the Initial Deposit; Cancellation between 29 and 42 days before the Holiday Commencement Date BBL shall retain the Initial Deposit; Cancellation 28 or less days before the Holiday Commencement Date BBL/Owner shall retain the Initial Deposit and reserve the right to levy a charge on for the remaining balance in full. In the event you need to amend dates of your stay or wish to change property a £18 fee will incur.
The West Country region
Dorset is a very popular holiday destination all year round. It offers beautiful rolling countryside and the Purbecks. Bournemouth with its award winning beaches and The New Forest nearby. Southampton, Salisbury and Stonehenge are all within reasonable travelling distance. Bournemouth has excellent facilities for the tourists and the town and has a lovely calm multi-racial community.
About 30 minutes drive is Monkey World, and very close by both Poole and Bournemouth offer a huge selection of attractions and places of interest to visit. Water sports are popular in the area and the beaches of Studland, Sandbanks and Bournemouth are just beautiful.
You can choose each day to relax and soak up the sun and perhaps some swimming in the lovely clean sea or go sightseeing. Local connections are good the apartment is supplied with plenty of information about the local area.
Bournemouth is a tourist and regional centre for leisure, entertainment, culture and recreation. The award winning Central Gardens are a separate major public park, leading for several miles down the valley of the River Bourne through the centre of the town to the sea (reaching the sea at Bournemouth Pier) and include the Pleasure Gardens and the area surrounding the Pavilion. It has a thriving youth culture, including a high university population and many language school students. With the advent of the Boscombe Overstrand, the seeds of a dynamic new business culture revolving around new media, surfing and a Californian lifestyle are emerging. Bournemouth also has a well established gay scene comprising of a cluster of bars, restaurants and nightclubs around the Triangle in the centre of the town.
Bournemouth and Poole are surrounded by some of the most beautiful Blue flag award status beaches as well as stunning countryside with the Purbecks & the New Forest just 15 minutes drive away in either direction. Nearby Sandbanks is famous for its luxury properties, marina and award winning beaches. The Seafront Operation Teams work around the clock to ensure that Bournemouth maintains it's 4 blue flags, 1 Quality Coast and 1 Green Tourism Business Scheme Silver award and has also introduced innovative schemes such as Europe's first solar powered self compacting recycling bins.
The nearby Purbecks and Swanage can be reached by car, bus, boat, bike or steam train. Dorset contains a complete record through almost 200 million years of earth history during the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods of geological time including excellent spots such as Corfe Castle and Durdle Door. Also contained within this coast are a number of outstanding fossil localities and stunning features such as Chesil beach and impressive cliffs at Barton On Sea. Bournemouth is a cosmopolitan town and has 5 ½ miles of seafront and cliffs which are maintained to a high standard.
