Large garden with copse, patio furniture, BBQ, and countryside views. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 1 min walk.
The Heart of England / Peak District / Lincolnshire region
Northern Cumbria is all about tranquillity and solitude. Just look at the picturesque villages of Caldbeck and Ireby surrounded by open fells. Heritage also plays its part here too with Hadrian’s Wall passing close by.

The Bourne / Rippingale area
Sitting in open farmland to the east of the A15 is the small picturesque village of Rippingale, just five miles north of Bourne in Lincolnshire. With its own pub, village hall, church and shop/post office, Rippingale provides everything you could possibly need. However, Bourne also has a variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways as well as a good sized supermarket just a short drive away if you need something extra. With lovely walking and some superb bridleways to explore, this beautiful part of the country also has plenty of other attractions to keep you occupied. Close by is the Museum of Lincolnshire Life, Doddington Hall and the Lincolnshire coastline. Norfolk is within driving distance and provides great opportunities to explore the tranquil Norfolk Broads, leafy Thetford Forest, the historic cathedral city of Norwich and the spectacular coastline.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
