Home description
This is a lovely new complex built just 300 yards from a blue flag beach.
This brand new apartment is well furnished to suit families, couples and individuals looking for an independent holiday. The apartment are situated on the 3rd floor, with lovely balconies overlooking the pool. The complex has a good size swimming pool, with a separate area for children, playground, restaurant and a large spacious sun bathing area.
We have 2 apartments that each sleep 6

The Black Sea Coast region
With an impressive 370km of Black sea Coast, Bulgaria boasts some of the finest sandy beaches in Europe, a fact reflected by the award of the coverted Blue flag. The summer stretches from April to October and with temperatures reaching into the 40s, there is plenty of opportunity to relax and enjoy this beautiful coastline. Additionally, the Black Sea itself is warmer in summer than the Mediterranean.
Bourgas area
From Sunny Beach there are opportunites to explore the region. Travel agencies are located in the heart of Sunny Beach.
Excursions available are: Sozopol-Ropotamo - Day trip to the old town including lunch. Varna - The largest coastline city including lunch. Bulgarian Village - including entertainment and dinner. Jeep safaris - Ride through the most eastern slopes of the Stara Plania Mountains.
How to get there
Sunny Beach is easy to get to via Bourgas Airport. Flights go to Bourgas from all major UK airports and you can book Through Air Bulgaria, Whizz air lines, Thomson, First Choice, My Travel and TravelRepublic.co.uk. From the airport it is a cheap taxi ride to Sunny Beach (approx 20 mins).

Taxis from the airport can be arranged at the airport. Supermarket is just in front of the apartment. Nessebar is a very short road train ride away.

Apartments can be rented individually or as both apartments together. The 2nd Apartment we have also available sleeps 6. Please mention in e-mail if you want to book both apartments.
We would advise you to fly into Bourgas rather than Varna as bourgas is only 20 minutes from the apartment.
