"Just what we were looking for"
This house was just perfect for our needs. We have three young children and staying in hotels is expensive and not practical at all. This house is in an excellent location to visit our friends in Maidstone and for day trips to London. The standards were very high and the house was spacious enough for all of us to enjoy our stay. Would stay there again.

"Beautifully decorated three-bedroom house excellent for a 4-member family"
We stayed at Modern Maidstone House for three days in July. The place was beautifully decorated, well cleaned and ready for us to arrive. Yvonne was extremely helpful and welcoming for directions and advise on arrival. A very pleasant stay. Thank you.
Thank you. You have been excellent guests and we look forward to welcoming you again

"Excellent. House clean and lovely decorated."
My husband and young son had an excellent stay in the house over a long weekend. Flexible time in meeting us at the house, and greeted by a lovely modern decorated, clean house. Great to have the convenience of parking on our own driveway. Also great to have the back garden. Kitchen equipped for all cooking and good space in the living room/dining room area for my son to play and us to relax. Leeds Castle is spectacular and just ten minute drive away. Childrens play park ljust a short walk away. Will definetly use again, thank you.

"lovely stay, comfy and convenient location"
We had a lovely stay at Maidstone modern house, the house has all the conveniences you can wish for, every bedroom is very cosy and clean and the area is calm. The town centre is just 10 min. by car, we went easily to London by train. Nice little garden for the children, and a very pleasant lounge to relax.

"A great house, perfect"
We rented this house as my daughter was getting married in Tenterden; so it was a great location between Bluebell Hill, London and Tenterden. Maidstone town is a short drive away and has a good bus service and three mainline train stations which link to London and the south east coast. It was a great sized house with a large lounge/dinner. We especially liked the garage as we used this to do the flower arrangements. It had broadband internet which was marvelous to make final arrangements and stay in touch with family and friends I didn't like having to change/take off my shoes every time I entered the house by back and front door due to the cream carpets, the owner had left a selection of slippers and garden shoes but it was a pain.

"Modern house with good access to town and countryside"
Rudy and Anna came in from London to meet us and show the house. All our communications with them were excellent. It's a stylish modern house with great amenities (TV, internet, kitchen and laundry facilities) in a newer estate at the edge of Maidstone (technically Boughton Montchelsea). A bit of a drive from central Maidstone which is both good and bad. Great country Pub nearby and a convenient superstore for groceries. With white carpets and furnishings the house is better suited to adults than to families with young children.

"Great House, comfortable, well furnished and nice surroundings"
I was a bit apprehensive when I first showed interest in this house because I have heard of Maidstone however never been there before. I did a bit of research on the internet about the area and found out that the average income in this area is similar to those living in Chelsea. Being from a simple family, this did make me a bit anxious.... When we arrived in the area we got good directions from the owners and also some friendly neighbors. It is set in very quite surroundings and everyone seem to keep to themselves. We rented the place over the festive period and there was hardly any noise from people having parties. The house is well maintained and well furnished. The house was warm when we arrived with a very good central heating system which was sometimes too hot for my liking as I normally live in the coldest and windiest part of UK - Glasgow. The living room is cozy with a huge screen to watch several different channels. the dinng room is spacious. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. The house has all the modern comforts such as broadband internet and phone which are at your disposal at no extra cost. In summary this is a great house. The owners are very friendly and the photographs do not do justice to this house. If I do bring my family to London again I now know where to stay.

"Comfy, Clean, Cool place to tay"
My wife and I were planning on visiting her family this past summer and we made the decision to rent a house/townhouse this time and I'm glad we did! The flat is very modern and looks to be only a few years old. Rudy and Anna greeted us upon our arrival and were thorough in explaining all we needed to know. You could sense they wanted us to have a pleasant stay. The kitchen is small but updated with a killer stove. All glasses and utensils were available which made it very convenient. The best part of the townhouse is the living area with two large comfortable couches and a huge 60" plasma tv. From the living area is a sliding glass door to a private fenced yard that was nice but somewhat sparse. A large glass dining table next to the living area easily seats 6 adults. There are two full baths, one each on the second and third floors and and a half bathroom on the first floor, all modern and well appointed. Two good sized bedrooms are located on the second floor and a large master suite and master bath on the third. The elderly or disabled may not appreciate the trek up to the third floor master but it was no problem for us....and the fact the master was on the third floor by itself offered us the privacy when guests stayed over. Just across the park (about a 5-7 minute walk)there is a small group of stores including a convenience store and an excellent bakery. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. If you are looking for a bright, modern, spacious place to stay in the Maidstone area this would be an excellent choice.

"Very clean modern house with all facilities(computer, TV), garden, quiet"
We are French. We really enjoyed our stay in this house ! The house is brand new, well decorated (modern furniture, of good taste), and very clean. It is very well equiped : TV set in every room with DVD player, huge 60" TV flat screen in the living room, PC computer with internet access in one bedroom, confortable beds with sheets provided, towels in every bathroom, fitted kitchen with everything necessary, a beautiful little garden, a garage, etc... The neighbourhood is very quiet, and the owners very friendly. We would recommend this house to any of our friends or family.
