Sunrise Villa is located at Bottom Bay, St Philip in a small development of 25 properties named Atlantic Rising. .Sunrise has been refurbished with the accent on outdoor living and relaxation. New landscaping has been introduced which provides a walled in tropical garden and enhances the privacy of the villa.The garden has coconut trees,bougainvillea,and desert roses amongst other tropical plants to give a lush colourful feel to your surroundings.
Two new sun decks and terraces have been constructed around the focal point of the villa ,that being the family sized pool.With outdoor living in mind there is ample space to enjoy Al Fresco dining day or night undercover or under the stars
The Villas location close to the sea ensures a pleasant easterly breeze most of the time to keep you cool during those long hot sunny days and warm balmy nights.
The accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms, one en suite and one with the family showeroom immediately adjacent. Both bedrooms are well appointed with fitted wardrobes.and tasteful furnishings,art and décor.The lounge has double french doors which lead out to the pool, rear garden and terraces .
The modern fitted kitchen is extremely well presented with granite work surfaces and Smeg hob,oven and dishwasher appliances .There are high and low level cupboards and everything has been thought of.The kitchen leads out to a covered terrace for dining which has Bahamian shutters that let the breeze flow through.
The entire villa is air conditioned for your additional comfort if required.
Everything has been provided so you can just relax and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive at your villa in the sun.

The St Philip Parish region
St Philip is located in the South East of Barbados.The parish boasts some of the most unspoilt beaches on the island.The area is ideal for those wishing an away from it all holiday.However the local bus service is excellent and will take you to the south coast in 25 minutes and Bridgetown in 45 minutes.Excellent shopping facilities can be found at Six roads St Philip and the internationally famous Crane Resort is also in St Philip. Oistins which has a vibrant shopping area and is the islands main Fishing port is a 20 minute drive away. Don't miss the famous Friday fish fry night.
Bottom Bay and Harrysmith are two of the most photographed beaches in Barbados.
Both of these bays are within a five minute walk of Sunrise villa.There are many other coves and beaches along this area of coastline ready for you to discover.Atlantic rising is a small gated development and Sunrise villa is located in a quiet area of the development.The surrounding area is excellent for walking you will find many paths along the cliff top pastures that will lead you to unspoilt bays.A car is recommended if you wish to explore further.There are some small grocery stores and road vendors selling fruit and vegetables in the vicinity and of course the famous rum shops are dotted around too.
All in all the area of Bottom bay is mostly rural and the neighbourhood of Applehall is made up of local people who are exceptionally friendly and go about their daily work and activities with a big Bajan smile.
