Situated only 5 minute walk from the sea, the property consist of on the first floor a living room with a sofa bed and the fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. On the third floor other 2 bedrooms and at the last floor another kitchen leading to a balcony for al fresco dining and another room leading to the second roof balcony facing the castle.

Bosa is a charming location from which to explore the North West region with their cost and their inner regions with their wild nature. It is also a wonderful place where enjoy the lovely beaches, bars and restaurants and people hospitality. This is a fantastic area for food and wine and is full of typical lovely restaurants and wineshops.
The Bosa / Bosa Centre area
Bosa is a charming old medieval town set on the Temo river valley, is the only river side town in the whole of Sardinia near the sea overviewed by the Malaspina’s Castle built in the XII century. The river is very deeply connected to the tradition and history of the town. On the 15th of August there is a procession by boat in honour of Our Lady the Protector of the Sea, a row of boats carrying the statue of the Virgin Mary on the river all accompanied by singing and an aura of myth, it is spectacular to watch.
Bosa is also famous for the Carneval Celebrations that take place in February and in August and are amongst the most characteristic in Sardinia. Bosa Marina beach is a long and deep stretch of sand and is very well served with all tourist facilities, pedalo and rubber dinghy hire, jet-ski and even a windsurfing club. There are also many bars on and off the beach, hotels and lovely restaurants where to enjoy the local cuisine based on fish and seafood accompanied by a glass of the Malvasia, Bosa’s lovely wine.
