The Palazzo houses just four apartments and is one of the oldest buildings in Bosa Marina, but was totally refurbished in 2006.The apartment has two bedrooms and sleeps 4. There is a huge roof terrace with views down to the beach and another higher sun deck. Here there are services so you do not have to move far when you are sunbathing or watching the sunsets. Downstairs there is a garden area with patio and seating, there is also a barbecue for clients use. The Palazzo is walled and gated and there is parking on the street in front, on private land behind and there is room for 2 or 3 cars inside the gates. Being one street back from the sea front the apartments are quiet while being two steps from shops cafès bars and restaurants.

The Sardinia region
Situated on the North West coast of Sardinia, a picturesque 1 1/4 hours drive south of Alghero, Bosa and Bosa Marina have remained almost untouched by tourism. Other than the month of August when the towns are busy with Italian holidaymakers, you have lots of space to yourself on the beautiful beaches. Bosa Marina has a good choice of bars, cafes and restaurants, from simple Bruschette or Pizza to a full blown meal out. There are mini markets and other various shops. On the beach you can hire pedalo's, canoe, wind surfers or try your hand at kite surfing. There are also boat trips either up river or out to sea. The beach here at Bosa Marina is a huge swathe of soft sand, protected by the sea wall and gently shelving into the clear blue sea. It is ideal for families and backed by bars, cafes and beach restaurants serving panini or more substantial meals of seafood and fresh fish.
Bosa / Bosa Marina area
A pleasant 25 minutes walk inland, along the banks of the river Temo, takes you to the charming old town of Bosa, with its cobbled streets and tall thin houses set on a network of narrow streets leading up to the castle of Malaspina atop of Serraville hill. In Bosa you will find many shops, bars and restaurants set in its network of streets and piazza's. It is worth the walk up to the castle if only for the views over Bosa and Bosa Marina down to the sea. Inside the castle you will find the church of Regnos Altos with a recently uncovered fresco on one of the walls.

Further details indoors: After taking the impressive granite steps to the imposing door to the palazzo, this apartment is located on the ground floor to the left. The entrance door leads into a smart kitchen/diner/lounge. The kitchen area is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer. There are 2, 2 seater settees and a table and chairs in here. A hallway leads to the, larger than average, bathroom with shower and further along there is a very large bedroom with a king size bed and ample storge space in solid wood furniture and a twin bedded room also with ample storage space. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The apartment has the benefit of a washing machine in the bathroom. There is also an iron and ironing board plus clothes airer, hairdryer, radio/CD and mini safe. All apartments have equal access to the spacious communal areas where there is ample seating, barbecue and sunbeds.

Prices include all linen and towels (not beach) and cleaning - There is no more to pay! We do ask for a £100 breakage deposit which is refunded after final cleaning. A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance & breakage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We can also offer beach towel rental to save space and weight in your cases and we also have two mountain bikes available for hire.
