"Disappointed with cleanliness of the lodge"
Arrived at lodge to find steps leading into lodge scruffy letter box front lying in plant pot beside lodge door covered in spider webs, door dirty entered lodge carpet dirty with all skirting boards fi… More
Not a word .WHY !!
If you have an issue don't wait until your holiday is over, Tell Me. At the M&G I met part of the group the others were arriving on different days. I showed guests around the lodge and asked if everything was OK (which would include the cleanliness of the lodge ) Told it was fine.
I met this guest on more than one occasion. 1st occasion was at 8.45 in the evening, when the washing machine door would not open.( it had worked & washed her clothes). Next day at noon when I had the door opened, & paid for a wash &dry at the village laundrette and again later that day I phoned to say a new washer dryer had been orders and would be installed asap.
