Home description

This is a fully furnished apartment on the ground floor with a balcony, close to all the services that you might need to make your holiday perfect. The apartment has cooking facilities, TV and all your linen and towels are provided. There are 45km of ski runs 40 meters from your door at your disposal from beginners to advance with our own ski school and depot on site in the Flora.
There is plenty other activities in the area Ski-do, ice skating, horse riding and why not try snowboarding or even night skiing. After all that why not hit the town, you will be spoilt for choice of restaurants and bars ‘till the early hours of the morning.

The Sofia/Rila Mountains region

This is the Rila Mountain Range which from mid December till March is covered in deep snow looking like winter wonderland. You can visit local neighbouring villages that are steeped in the old Bulgarian ways.
The Rila Monastery which was founded in the10th century is regarded as one of the most important sites in Bulgaria, and will leave you in feeling at peace with yourself.
The summer holds many things to do, fishing on the local lakes, golf on an 18 hole course, horse- riding through the mountains, hiking across the Seven Lakes and new for this Summer a variety of water sports e.g.; wakeboarding and jet- ski.

Borovets / Samokov area

Borovets is full of places to eat from Hunters which is the only non-smoking restaurant in the area to the night clubs; you can have a local meal to a full 5 course meal at one of the top Hotels. There is the main walk way under the slopes that is full of shops that you can buy all your gifts to take home as well as plenty of ski ware shops.
You can night ski almost every night, and one night a week the local ski instructors put on a ski display, once a week you can go with your instructor to a local restaurant into Samokovo for a Bulgarian evening of singing and dancing with local Rakia
The local town of Samokov is only a 10 mins away and has a daily local produce market, once a week there is a street market with local crafts and the town has many coffee bars.

This is a studio apartment that has a pull out double sofa bed, a single fold up bed or cot can be provided if required, a separate bathroom and a kitchen that is fully fitted, with dining table and chairs.
There is a balcony with table and chairs.
All bedding is to western standard.
There is a laundry room and games room in the basement as well as a kids club.
There is on site heated indoor swimming pool.
We also have our own ski school with instructors based at the Flora.
We have an office on site with English speaking representative to assist you.
All ski equipment can be stored at the ski school just 20 meters from the foot of the slopes.
Welcome packs can be provided at the cost of 15 pounds.

There are shops and a bank that are situated at the base of the Flora
The ski school and Depot are at the back of the complex, so you don't have to travel far with you boot and skis or put them in your room to leave wet floors.
We can arrange all your transfers to and from the airport at a competitive rate.

Back home from Borovets today and just wanted to let you know that the whole family were really pleased with the service we received through your company; we will certainly recommend to others. Transfers were excellent and the staff at the Balkan PMS office were very helpful. We will definitely be back next year and will book our lessons with you again as it was great to have an English speaking instructor. Steve our ski instructor for the week was first class he went out of his way to ensure that our lessons were tailored to suit the whole family and we really enjoyed every day skiing with him, he was excellent.
