This is one of the beautiful locations on the outskirts of the centre of Borovets. But has all the extensive ski networks on your doorsteps- Yastrebets 2 and 3 ski runs adjoin the grounds of the complex.
The rest of the resort’s slopes and lifts are in the centre(which can be skied to in the winter) Apartment residence can enjoy use of all Semiramida Gardens’ luxury leisure facilities including: modern spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and relaxation room. The five star facilities will be complemented by an international cuisine restaurant, lobby bar, late night bar and nightclub, underground parking and 24 hour security and concierge.

Borovets in the winter is a picture of a winter wonderland and over time has developed into a modern ski resort with upscale accommodations, with an excellent network of ski runs and lifts on your doorstep along the slopes of the Rila Mountains, providing excellent opportunities for the whole family no matter what level they are for the whole range of winter sports – from skiing, to snow-mobiling, snow-boarding, ice skating and more
There are also several floodlit pistes that allow late night fun on the snow. We have our own ski school HUNTERS which offers up to date equipment we also have 15 of our own ski instructors.

There's more than snow in Borovets!
Borovets offers active night life with bars, discos, night clubs, and restaurants with delicious local cuisine. Including HUNTERS the only non-smoking restaurant in the resort. Also there is plenty to do in the summer, whether touring quaint small towns, historic churches and monasteries, local shops, or enjoying the pure air and outdoor activities like Golf and Horse Riding, you'll find that any time is the right time to visit Borovets! The local town of Samokov always has some sort of festival on as well as supermarkets and a weekly market, along with all the bars and eating places the town has to offer.

There is on site heated indoor swimming pool and spa centre.
We offer you free shuttle bus to the centre of Borovets every day if you book a full ski pack with us. We also have our own ski school with instructors.
We have an office on site with English speaking representative to assist you.
All ski equipment can be stored at the ski school just 20 meters from the foot of the slopes.
Welcome packs can be provided at the cost of 15 pounds.

Further details outdoors:
There are horse-drawn sleighs available for a pleasant trip around the resort. For the more adventurous, cross country and biathlon tracks, as well as ski jumps and snow mobiles (Skidoos), are available. Also, several floodlit pistes allow late night skiing. In addition, Borovets offers fantastic après-ski and nightlife to suit all ages. There are plenty of bars, cafes, night clubs and discos that stay open into the early hours of the morning. A night out is extremely good value for money with many bars promoting "happy hour" offers. Typically, you can enjoy a nice 3 course meal for under £15!
The local town of Samokov is only 6 km away. The town has a large, modern supermarket, selling all the food and household products that you might need. There is an excellent daily fresh produce market and once a week there is a large street market the town centre also has lots of little coffee bars and local eating places.

Every member of your team was so friendly and helpful.
A specific thank you to Chis at the Hunter Ski school for looking after
my parents (Chris will know them as the Prince and Princess). It was
their first Sking holiday and they were delighted with the way they were
taught by Chris. They did more than they ever thought they could do and
felt safe (most of the time!) -they had a great time! A real gentleman
and a credit to the team.
