The apartment is ideal for a group and families alike.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one being bunk beds, a separate bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen with access to a balcony.
Extra facilities are available in the Villa Park complex including reception area with bar, ski and boot storage and a restaurant. The spa centre offers a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and massage is ideal to relax your aching limbs after a busy day on the slopes.

The Sofia/Rila Mountains region

The Rila Mountains range has a Mediterranean climate with long, hot summers and snow filled, cold winters. There is a wide net work of ski runs that suite all levels of skiers. The capital Sofia is only (45km) away and steeped in history the city is a mecca for shopping with every designer shop you can imagine offering all sorts of things at a lower price. There is a Cathedral & the Statue of Sofia, museums, restaurants, deli's and bars and rich cultural splendour at every turn. The old Roman town of Plovdiv offers monuments and ruins from the days of the Roman Empire. Vinyards and the incredible beauty of the Bulgarian lakes and countryside are all on your doorstep.

Borovets / Samokov area

Borovets is of course best known as a ski and snowboard resort. It is a picture postcard when covered in snow bustling with restaurants, bars and shops. New runs, ski lifts and gondolas will be added as part of the 'Super Borovets' project destined to land the resort with the 2014 winter Olympics. It's a great place to go in the summer too as the gondola will take you to the very peak of the mountain. You will not experience better views than these anywhere else in Europe.
Samokov is the nearest town and has a wonderful daily market selling fresh, organic, locally produced fruit and vegetables. Every Monday a huge market takes place drawing traders from all over the province and offers just about everything you could want in a market. The town is famed for its wood carving and pottery industry and hand fashioned copper ornaments.

This is a new complex only opened in 2008 with all the facilities that you need to make your holiday enjoyable, the restaurant is to a high standard with local and International food available.
You are not far from all the action of the centre or the ski slopes.
Parking is available if you require it.
Extra beds or baby cot can be provided.
There is on site heated indoor swimming pool.
We also have our own ski school with instructors.
We have an office on site with English speaking representative to assist you.

Welcome packs can be provided at the cost of 15 pounds.

Further details outdoors:
Ski and snowboarding equipment and lift passes can be hired at reasonable prices at our own ski school HUNTERS, there are also plenty of shops to purchase all those gifts that you want to take home. You will be spoilt for choice for eating establishments, night clubs and bars.
You can try other activities such as horse riding and ice skating
Further afield (90 minutes) you can visit the Rila Monastery or you can take a safari tour to explore the area further. The summer can also offer you a great time why not try a Jeep safari to seven lakes or water sports and fishing.
All ski equipment can be stored at the ski school just 20 meters from the foot of the slopes.
